Yes, you may have to wait patiently if you're a walk-in, but thats why they have options of scheduling an appointment. I waited 2.5 hours as a walk in the first time in December, but with as much pain as i was in, it was worth the wait. I have always had bad experiences with dentists. However, my experience with Dr. Miller has been nothing but AMAZING!!!! I was told at 22 years old that I would need dentures by the time I was 30. I was going to my husbands dentist who he had seen since he was 16 and my experience with him was AWFUL! Every time they would fill and fix a tooth the one beside it went bad within months which would include root canals or a tooth being pulled. Then back in December of 2016 I was seen by Dr. Miller and got the news I was finally waiting for....DENTURES!!!! After years of pain and infections I knew it was finally going to be over!!!! The staff was considerate, compassionate, patient, humble, and kind. They reassured me that I will have my confidence and smile back. Dr. Miller was so gentle and took his time because he knew I was fearful and anxious. This has been the most incredible experience I've ever had. It is now May 2017 and I have my brand new smile and a brand new confidence!!!! Yes, I could have had my dentures a few months back, however, with the patience of Dr. Miller, he would pull teeth at my pace instead of all at once. I will NEVER go to another Dentist and I'm so lucky to have chosen...

Terrible Service. Website is misleading if you don't have hundreds of dollars don't waste your time. I was told I could do payments if I used care credit for the initial payment, after they got me in the back they tell me that not only did I have to pay the $112 for the exam they also needed to take money out of my bank account instead of just putting the information from my card in their system manually to do payments even though I made it clear I didn't have it until I got paid in a couple days. The nurse was extremely hateful And she scrapped the roof of my mouth with the xray bitewings then they tried to charge me for the xrays not coming out the first time they took them even though I told her It was to big for my mouth. After the xrays the doctor saw me for maybe 5 minutes to tell me I had two options and the office lady would come talk to me about finances, while she was talking I had a question for the nurse who came back with a attitude and told me that not only did I have the problem I came in for but others that I needed to get taken care of or all my teeth would fall out, who the hell says that to someone?
