I wish I could give 0 stars. I work for doordash. When I arrived at the restaurant my customers order should have been ready. I should have been able to walk through the doors and grab the food and go. I instead had to wait in the drive-thru line. No big deal, I get it staff is low, I tell the customer I will arrive late. Everything is alright until 30 minutes go by and I am still waiting in line. I get a second order on for this store and I accept. I finally pull up to the ordering station and tell the women “I am here for doordash with two orders” she says “okay pull up to the second window” at that moment The lady in front of me curses me out to leave the line because the drive thru line has a median trapping people in. I back up uncertain why this lady is yelling at me. She than changes her mind. That experience alone was upsetting. Than I have to wait 45 minutes to get to that second window. The women in front of me orders 5 more additional items by the way. Than when it is finally my turn to get the two orders that should have been ready. The staff says their closed. THEY ARE CLOSED! After confirming the two orders that were placed online, I now earned $0.00 an hour while missing opportunities to make money. I am so infuriated by the management and operation of this store. I can’t believe a company would allow them to turn down two paying customers orders that should have been ready over an hour ago, and disrespecting a business partnership with doordash by basically saying our orders don’t really matter. While waiting in the parking lot to talk to doordash technical services, I see the employees eating ready made food. Please don’t waste your time here. Read moreI went to Wendy's to grab a quick meal for me and my family. That was a huge mistake . Upon ordering the order taker was rude and seemed to busy to listen intently to my order. When i pulled around to the window to pay for my order a previous customer had walked to the window to tell the employee he had forgot his fries, instead of the employee telling him to come into the restaurant to get his food. The employee told him to come around to the window where i was to get his food . Moving on after my 10 minute wait for my food I drove off without checking my food and gotten home and realized that my burgers were cold and the meat looked like it had been chard and was old , and to add insult to injury my fries were missing . I drove back only hoping to get my food remade without an issue but that didn't happen. I gave the cashier inside my bag and told her my food was old and i was missing my fries. She snatched the bag from me and went over to the other employee who had served me the mediocre food and started bad moufing me the employee then asked me what was wrong with the food and i told him that the food was old and i was missing my fries . He gave me a irritated look and mumbled to the other employee and they made my food over. Before handing me the bag the employee told me in the rudest way possible to check the burgers to make sure they were OK . I checked , told him yea and reminded him that he forgot my fries yet again. He groaned and went and got me a cold fry and dropped it in the bag and i was on my way. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . I've never been so disappointing in a meal in my life . The food made me feel sick and after all the trouble i went through to just get a bite was ridiculous. I hope this place gets shut down or they hire a whole new staff...
Read moreOh Wendy's. Can I give this location negative stars? We live in the area and have gone through the drive thru a couple of times. This experience was awful so we don't anymore. We decided to go inside today and try our luck, thinking maybe the drive thru staff was just (usually) struggling. WRONG. The inside experience was just as awful if not worse. They were not busy but had difficulty keeping up with the 4 people in store and few cars at the window. This quickly turned into the people in cars coming in for wrong orders whom they then took care of that moment. This made the wait for the inside customers longer. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for 10 nuggets and a single burger (after they asked me twice "what did you have?"). My husband had also ordered a chicken sandwich but received a single burger instead. The service was so awful he decided to just eat the burger instead of waiting another 25 minutes for what he ordered. There was a crew member yelling to other staff to "not take any more orders" just "make those cars come inside". When leaving, we noted there were FOUR employees standing outside smoking. Maybe do some revamping of staffing for "peak" times, if you can call FOUR customers and 5 cars "peak". I used to work in fast food, 6 employees inside should be enough to cover that kind of traffic.
