I go to this establishment with my kids I ask to speak to the manager they young Kady turns around and gets the manager he comes to the window and I ask his name (so I can address him by his name) he looks at me and ask why I said excuse me he said why as he's giving attitude I ask for another manager not in after that I ask his name again he tells me Goldie although I k ow that's not his name and I leave this is what's wrong with establishment now we give management positions to anyone he had no kind of class no great customer service skills nothing he's just running a shift basically I've been in the restaurant management field for along time and that there was not hospitality at all and we wonder why this Wendy's gets called ghetto and all thy above I stay 7 mins frim this location I will literally drive to Carmel or fishers Wendy's before I ever go back her worse customer service are and he may need to take classes on hospitality and how to treat customers because that wasn't it and if I could tell anyone I know it will be not to visit that location especially...
Read moreI have never experienced worst customer service in my life. HORRIBLE AND WORST WENDYS EVER. Super slow service at night with nasty employees. After tonight's episode I will never give my business to Wendys for hiring such uneducated, filthy mouthed, disrespectful and lazy employees. I ordered a burger with no tomatoe and of course they got my order wrong. As i told them i was allergic to tomatoes i handed the burger back to the employee. She responded with" You didn't have to put it in my hand like that" slammed the drive thru window and started cursing at her own manager. Childish and disrespectful little girl of probably an age around 16 or 17. The poor little girl cannot even do a simple job like working at a damn WENDYS w/o being ghetto and nasty. Read moreI stood in line for 5 minutes until the workers having a conversation finally noticed me and told me they would be there in a minute. After 5 more minutes I finally had my order taken. The price was higher than what I thought it should be and when I asked for a receipt I was told the machine was out of paper. After I got my order there were items that I had not asked for, but since I had already paid and didn't have a receipt I didn't want to go through the hassle of having the manager search for my order as a long line came behind me. The frosty machine was also down so I settled for a soda. When I got home and took a sip it was completely watered down. I opened it and saw that there was very little brown and the liquid was mainly clear so the machine bag clearly needed changed.
