Every single time we order from here there are things messed up..
There's never chocolate frosties, They never ever give you the right sauce. They always mess up the sandwiches and on top of that spend $25 on food and then the chili is sour and they'll still continue serving it! And won't call you back either! They "close" whenever they want to...
I know the chili is made from leftover everything,but it's still usually good... I always cook spaghetti noodles and it's amazing but knowing that something in it is spoiled and they WILL continue to serve ALL WEEK is scary đ±
So here's an update. They call me back and the night manager is screaming her head off at me. I turn the volume all the way down and she still screaming and tells me that she told my old man that they didn't have this. They didn't have that and blah blah blah which I know they didn't have the shakes and that's what she said. But what about the other five things that was wrong with the food and then she tells me that she's been serving the chili all day long and I'm the only one that's complained and I told her that we get the chili all the time and I make noodles with it and it just tastes sour that she should try it and she continued to scream at me that she's served all night and no one has said anything.... and I told her I was trying to resolve it with her instead of making a big deal out of it and calling corporate and I have never in my life been disrespected like that. Now I know why people act like Karen's at fast food restaurants! I've never had a manager scream at me when I'm trying to be nice after spending 15 minutes waiting on the food that was already pre ordered and spending $25.00
I don't know why but it seems some fast food workers seem to forget.... Yes you are doing the work but if it wasn't for customers you would not be having a job whatsoever! When I left a message I said that I would be returning all the food except for the sandwiches and one shake cuz my son wanted it but she doesn't want to help me at all... I don't understand if I'm returning the food I should get my money back period!!!!!
I worked in fast food restaurants and was a server for about 10 years so I know how frustrating and how hard it can be and I know how this works and I know you should not ever speak to customers that way! No wonder why they have people walk out all the time and it takes 20 minutes to get...

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION DURING THE NIGHT CREWS SHIFT, unless you want your food forgotten and cussed at and called a liar. This has happened to me twice now. The first time this happened I had ordered a total of 6 sandwiches because they were offering a buy one get one and I didn't stop to check but when I got home only few minutes from this store I realized that I was missing 2 of my sandwiches so I drove back and politely let the lady at the window know and they looked at me confused slightly hesitant but then asked me to pull forward and they'd bring it out to me and after a legit 20 minutes I timed they bring out the missing food which wasn't a big deal to me I wasn't in a hurry and they made everything right I had no hard feelings whatsoever thanked them and went home. Well tonight I go I order 4 spicy chicken sandwiches for my 2 roommates and I order myself a triple Lg combo meal and this time when I get my food I say thank you and pull up to the parking spaces in front of the store. I turn my cab light on and start checking the contents of the bag and sure enough 4 chicken and my fry all there but no triple which mind you is about $12 after tax for 1 sandwich. So I back out and pull back around still extremely calm not upset it happens people forget things. After telling the employee they had forgot my sandwich she says "Oh no I know forsure I put your sandwich in the bag I remember you from last time". So I proceed to pull the items out of the bag and count them in front of her to which she says "Let me go ask my boss". Like fine no worries still extremely calm. Then I might this supposed boss of hers and she was not so nice she immediately came to the windows making accusations as if I was trying to con them out of a sandwich. By now I'm starting to get a bit offended and to make things worse she was cussing at me acting ridiculous, absolutely no respect was shown. I even offered them to look in my truck which isn't very big being a 1991 single cab Ford Ranger. This lady also claims to be the GM because I asked and told me "I'm not gonna keep wasting my food on you" which was a bit confusing since it's not my fault they misplaced my food or never made it in the first place. He is an incredible worker and it takes a tremendous amount of strength to be talked to the way I heard his manager barking orders at him and he responded by doing what was asked and not a response to her disrespectful and degrading attitude. No card readers working at drive thru, so I was asked to come inside to find those aren't working either. I left to get cash at the bank and returned to find Josh had completed my order, as I had requested, so it would be ready upon my return as promised. However, the 4 foot something manager with red hair stated there was a drive thru order was the same as mine. I had been at this wendys for over 20 minutes and following their requests to come inside and go get cash. When I explained how frustrated I was and how this makes no sense, the manager grabbed the food and with great attitude and unaudible "smack talk" gave it to me, but refused to provide the receipt and yelled something as I walked out the 1st set of doors. I feel for Josh and the black woman that took my order (she was sweet and I didn't mean to startle her...she even offered me a complimentary drink for my trouble) as they were both so disrespected by their management, lead, or whatever the anonymous troll's title may be. There was another 2 workers there as well, one guy cleaning up outside and the drive thru worker, but I only have descriptions and the name that was yelled at. Mistakes happen and sometimes equipment doesn't work, the most upsetting was how the 2 of 3 workers I came in to contact with were treated in the presence of customers! It's hard to find good workers or anyone willing to work for that matter, and they should be treated well or with respect even if they're not liked.
