Yaffa Food Mart & Grocery — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I like Yaffa…it’s good food compared to the previous owners and for the location. Almost every time I go I keep my mace in my hand because there’s always someone walking up on you asking for change and such. I’m from the hood it’s cool but trust no one. He used to have a security guard not sure what happened there. I like their bacon double cheese burgers they are heat heat! The wings are cool if you get the big ones and not the small ones he will do a switch-a-roo on you. They slushes are flame. Ask for seasoning salt on your fries. Thank me later. I’ll upload for pics. PS. Yes this location takes food stamps with a small fry fee of like .50 cent...

The owner is EXTREMELY disrespectful and has no idea what he's doing in a kitchen. I asked for a little lemon on my fries. He doused the fish, shrimp and fries in it. It was a stroke in a box. And this was b4 we exchanged words. It cost me 2 ubers and a cancelation fee (almost 2 $5 cancelation fees) while an employee remade my food and handled the situation for the owner. So... a $13 dinner ended up almost $50. And he told me in his accent "I have good store". While looking at me like he wanted to shoot me in the head. This is just 1 of my experiences there. There's only 1 guy I'll ever order food from...

I ate here thinking it would be good and in fact it was horrible!! I got loaded nachos with beef and chicken and my beef tasted like it had been out all day. The chicken tasted undone and DID NOT look like chicken. I got this food on July 12, 2021. It is now July 15, 2021 and my stomach is still upset from this food. I feel like they gave me parasites. If you eat here beware because it’s not worth it. It’s sad too because I hear a lot of great reviews about this place. Maybe it was a bad day for them the day I got my food. Either way I don’t care.
