I think this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life. Couldn’t even order a beer or food without being met with an insane amount of passive aggressive behavior. After waiting for a long time at a table we walked up to the bar to try to order, the lady behind the bar was annoyed we were looking to order and wasn’t sure there was table service. We weren’t acknowledged at all for a while at the bar but got beer and sat back down. I finally decided to get up and walk to the bar again and talked to another person to order food and she said “oh yeah that’s me I’m your server” she runs around from behind the bar to our table. She takes our orders, was a bit annoyed that we ordered beers AT A BAR after NOT BEING ADDRESSED FOR 20 minutes. Anyways, once the food was ready our server walked past it several times. When she finally came over to check on us (we were one beer in) we asked about food since it was basically getting cold right in front of us- She rolled her eyes at us! Crazy right ? I haven’t left many reviews that are less than 5 stars but I’ve never in my life had a server roll her eyes at me! Or not greet the table for over 15-20 min. So idk if she cares, probably doesn’t but we won’t be going back. Literally ridiculous. We’re both in the service industry, we get it but that was soooo disrespectful :( Hope she has a better day...
Read moreDecided to visit on a Sunday afternoon with 5 other friends. I had heard so much about the Bloody Mary's that I had to see what all the hooplah was about. I loved the garnishes they put on it but the drink itself was mediocre. Wasn't a fan of whatever mix they used. I also ordered the firecracker chicken bacon bits. They probably would have been pretty good if they weren't overcooked but the chicken was very tough. A couple of my friends got double cheeseburgers and said they were really good. Kind of like Steak N shake steakburgers. Our waitress was the bartender as well and doing it all by herself for the first hour we were there. She was definitely stressed and it showed. She needed help badly. A couple more people showed up after an hour and helped her out so things started improving then. If you are looking for a place to watch football, I wouldn't recommend this bar. They do have multiple TV's on each wall but you can barely hear them. Overall I probably won't go again because I live on the other side of town but if I lived closer I would give them another shot. I think they just had some scheduling issues which made us have a...
Read moreThis casual neighborhood tavern really impressed us from start to finish. We stopped by for a relaxing afternoon and ended up having such a great time that it’s made our list of places to return.
The service was outstanding—our waitress was clearly juggling a lot but never missed a beat. She was friendly, helpful with recommendations, and even happily crafted a drink when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Truly above and beyond!
We grabbed a seat outside and enjoyed watching the place fill up as the day went on. Despite the crowd, our food and drinks came out fast and fresh. The burger? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The fries were impossible to stop eating—especially dipped in their homemade ranch (they offer several flavors!). The Hand-Dipped Chicken Fingers were equally tasty, and the portion was generous. Oh, and don’t miss the Bloody Mary's—they’re practically a meal on their own!
Inside you can find live music, TVs with sports, and a laid-back, friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time, but it’s well worth the effort. Can’t wait...
