Clearly this place has no idea what “the customer is always right” means. I asked for a MEAL LARGE SIZE and the lady didn’t give my drink to me and when I kindly asked her for it, she said “you didn’t ask for a drink” even though a meal comes with a drink. She said I asked for “large fries” and I told her I asked for a large size meal. She got snippy and gave me a medium drink for free after being visibly annoyed. I really do root for this place to be successful. The answer from most of the management is that they are understaffed. Look, the customer is always right. Both new sauces that 'go' with the pulled pork & brisket sandwiches were disappointing. Luckily, there was some three pepper sauce still available. (The staff said that sauce was being discontinued) Although we used very little of that because the meat stood on its own.
