Disappointing Experience - Terrible Customer Service & Wrong Cake!
I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience. I ordered a Dodger's cake for my son's birthday and an Arizona cake was given. Their website showed a Dodger's cake image when ordered, but instead a default team was given. Not only was it the wrong image, but the texture of the cake was unacceptable there where bubbles surfacing on the image.
I tried to get help from the employees at the store, but both the employee and the manager refused to help and advised to go ahead and submit a complaint. I asked kindly to please help and change the image or even give me a different cake, but they were dismissive and didn't care since it was already paid for. I then proceeded to contact customer service to resolve the issue, and it was a nightmare all during my child's birthday party. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and until this day I have not received response. They didn’t seem to care about my concerns and offered no solution or apology. The lack of professionalism was shocking.
To make matters worse, the cake that was made was of poor quality—dry, bland, and not even close to what I had expected. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Terrible service, terrible product. You are better off getting a Ralphs ice cream cake!

Read moreWe were craving some delicious ice cream after a nice dinner and looked up what was open in the area. Sure enough, a quick Google search rendered this Baskin-Robbins location open until 10pm. We drove over as fast as humanly possible and arrived at 9:50pm. The lights were still on and the door was open.
We walked in and as we went up to the counter, the employees were staring at us but made no mention that they were closed for the night. Therefore, we started our order only to be quickly cut off with "sorry, we're closed." That doesn't make much sense considering the door was unlocked, the sign said 'OPEN' and there was a full set of staff behind the counter. The employee kept insisting they were closed even though it was not 10pm. We begged and pleaded and let them know the order would be extremely easy and simple, to no avail.
After hearing the employee reiterate for the fourth time "sorry, we're closed," we proceeded to ask what the franchise owner would think if they turned away business before closing time. They responded, "they actually don't want to pay us extra." After one last Hail Mary effort, we hung our heads in defeat and left the store.
Bottom line: don't come to this location. They would rather do what's easy than...

This Baskin Robbins is in Inglewood, City off the Champions! At La Brea & Centinela intersection.
Online ordering was easy through the app. The app is the only way to redeem rewards. App is an easy platform to navigate. ETA for ice cream to be ready was spot on. We arrived a few minutes early and our ice cream was bagged and sitting in the cooler. Indoor seating available. Inside is clean and maintained. Baskin Robbins is in a busy shopping center with Starbucks, Popeye's, Subway, Domino's, Glow Flow Beauty, & a few other store fronts. Parking is easy the lot is large.
