Worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. Walked in at 7:41am, because the drive through line was very long and there were very few people inside the coffee shop. There was one person in line ahead of me, but no one was at the counter. Finally, someone shows up to take orders. At 7:47am my order was placed. I sat and watched as the cars pulled in picked up their orders and left. As I waited I noticed several people sitting inside, also waiting for their orders. I continued to wait as I saw the car that would have been ahead of me in the drive through line, pickup their order and leave. then I watched as 3 cars behind that car left as well. At 8:00am my drink was still not prepared and I had to leave. I requested a refund and left without my drink. The reason provided for the delay was that the barista was "behind." Unfortunately, that is unacceptable. Any efficient operation should have contingencies in place to mitigate, if not eliminate delays, especially during high traffic periods. No one should have to wait over 15mins for a cup of coffee. I would hope the owner/operations manager would implement a better system that would address these kinds of situations. The big black lady that works here found it funny to correct me about a product while laughing right in my face to another employee. I still needed my morning coffee so I didn’t have time to tell her about herself unfortunately so imma leave this right here. My drink had about 5 cubes of ice in a TRENTA because I asked for light ice n when I told the cashier there was no ice she didn’t try to fix it instead she let me know it was light ice. Read moreThe worst Starbucks ever. They don’t know their own inventory. Instead of looking the products they will charge you and then refund with a fake sorry smile. I ordered 2 everything bagels (NOT TOSTED) and the cashier said they only had one everything and one plain. Ok. Then the lady at the oven said they only had 2 everything. Awesome, that’s what I wanted in the first place. One minute after she said they only had one everything. And she gave me the bagel TOASTED. 🤦🏻♂️ Every time I order light ice on my drink they have do do it again because there’s clearly a big problem in reading labels on that store.
