Cafetales — Restaurant in Inglewood

I stood ten minutes at the counter...no one greeted me..there was no visible employees. I heard chatter and laughs at the back. Standing at the counter...I called the restaurant to place my order...the phone wasn't answered... I had to go knock on the employees door to get some assistance... the waitress/ Gladys H. came to the counter and ask me what I wanted? Very serious... not polite. I ordered my food and Gladys went back to the employees section to continue chatting with the Cook. I usually come here for the pupusas...but today seemed like they were not in the mood to work. The gossip was more interesting. I was handed my receipt with $5 back... when it said my change was $5.06. Employees need to be more careful and more professional. I'm so...

Everytime the guy is working we get great service. When the lady with the blond hair is there she gives us bad service. She forgot to give us a fork for my child understandable. I had to get up 3 times to get coffee, straw, more food and cup of ice that was 4 pieces of ice, why if I was paying for it. I got up to get more coffee she ignored that I was standing in the front counter, she turned her attention to a lady that was picking up food. She could of told me to please wait. I recently had breakfast here with my dad thinking i was going to have some good pupusas... but as usual horrible customer service everytime go to a Salvadoran establishment. We always have a horrible customer services... it feels like they like us Mexican... but other than that I ordered pupusas and I didn't finished th them because I got the worst stomach ache.. establishment was dirty horrible customer service against us DONT RECOMMEND THIS...
