Everyone has experienced the pandemic inflation, and we are all working very hard for our money, is it too much to ask for a little bit of customer, service and appreciation for your customers who pay your bills?

When it was my turn next, she just looked at me. Didn’t say hi welcome or anything . 😕 The lady asked me if I wanted cheese I said no then I asked if I can get grilled onions instead of regular onions, and she basically rolled her eyes lol of course my burger THERE WAS CHEESE, lol Also, there was mayonnaise on it and she said it was just lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Yuck(at the soggy mayo burger)

then I asked her if I could get ketchup and mustard on the side she said nothing just wrote it down like she was in a rush. So I tried to give her grace and I asked “hey are you OK? Are you tired? Long day?” She looked annoyed and said “No,what do you mean? “ I said “oh well it just seems like you’re not very much engaging in this transaction and I just I don’t know ,want some good energy on my food??”

I was really hungry and in a rush, trying to make an appointment at a oil change across town, so I was kinda stuck with getting the food. The food was decent. It was fine nothing special at all.

Again, I don’t like cheese or super greasy stuff but if that is what you like and you’re not really caring about your health ,customer service, or that there were tons of boxes ( for the cupcake business) and it looks super messy then definitely stop in ! 🥴

Great customer service from the young lady taking orders recently, other than her everyone else seems to be not to friendly, or not giving a welcoming environment, honestly not even a hello, ….. I’ve had two recent visits the quality of the food isn’t the same any longer, as far as I remember Tacos come with hot sauce on them, I specifically would ask for extra hot sauce, whether it be on the side or on the Taco itself, and there will be no hot sauce on either the Taco at all or extra in the bag, for both my latest visits…. I ordered the dripper Taco that comes with pastrami. There was 2 half’s pieces well overly cooked pastrami basically burnt….. now to the the Quick N Split Burger only a couple pieces of pastrami on the burger, and a bid over seasoned…. Went in and ordered 2 orders of the 2 turkey burger slides, picked our order and noticed we only got 1 order of the turkey sliders so we went back in and informed the cashier of the mistake, he said he would correct it and make the 2 other sliders, we waited for another 40 minutes, grabbed our order and went home. As we opened our burgers we noticed the second order of Turkey burgers were Beef instead(the beef was burnt btw) we drove back and told the cashier he gave us Beef instead of Turkey and asked if he could remake our order, and he claimed he has too many orders and that he couldn't prioritize ours(even though he already got our order wrong twice now) and instead offered to give us a refund and they were close to closing, so we agreed to the refund as we were already over it.
