For this to be the neighborhood JITB, I was so disappointed. I've been going here for years and I have NEVER experienced the level of disrespect that I did on this visit. It started at the speaker when I asked if they had a particular item. Her response was so nasty. I order the breakfast platter and a sprite to drink. When I got to the window the female was still blah. She gave me the total, took my card, processed the transaction and gave me my card back with no receipt. She immediately walked away from the window and slammed the window shut. A young man brought the food to the window, he started to hand it to me but took it back saying the hashbrown was missing. He went to go back and as soon as he hit the corner, the girl was coming back with the bag. As she was handing me the bag, I asked for a receipt. She says in the nastiest tone "give me a minute". She hands the food, drink and finally the receipt. Got home, gave the meal to the person it was for and discovered the hash brown was so hard it literally crumbled like it was dry rotted, and the sprite tasted like it was mixed with dishwashing liquid. MARGARET, I believe was the nasty employee. Since the receipt was illegible, I had to guess. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. And yes I did reach out to corporate and haven't heard A THING BACK.
