My food was burnt and customer service was horrible. I frequent this place alot. They know me by name and know what I order because I give them alot of business. I have returned food 3 times with this one in 20 years that I have been a customer here so I'm not a difficult customer. One time I returned because there was a hair in my chili fries the second because they forgot the bacon to my bacon cheese burger and this time because my fries and chicken was burnt to the point of not being edible. And other times where they have gotten my order wrong but I just let it be to not have to deal with going back. But this was the worst experience ever. Management is a total joke Yes! you bum looking disgusting dude with the dirty messy hair and dirty stained sweater walking around with no hair net no apron touching everything in the kitchen with your dirty hands after handling money and scrathing your but. I can't believe your father left you I'm charge. Just by the way you look I can tell you don't care for that establishment. And you lack so much customer service it's a shame really. When I spoke to you on the phone you didn't even apologize when I got there and showed you the burnt food you didn't even apologize and when I told you that the fry guy snatched the bag out my hand without even asking or saying anything you just smiled and didn't care. Half your staff don't speak any english, not even the basics because when I try to communicate with them it's like talking to a wall with No response just attitudes and side eyes. Why is that? Oh wait cus their manager is a total joke. Get yourself together man comb your hair wear a clean shirt for once and wear a hair net and apron when your there walking around doing absolutely nothing. Take pride of yourself and maybe your establishment won't be falling apart. When your father and uncle were there this place never had any problems. Your disgusting and a coward because as soon as you told me they will remake it you went running to the back to hide as soon as I left to my car you came back outside to the kitchen smiling and laughing like it was a joke that your workers who can't speak english messed up my order. I mean cool they don't speak english but how do you expect for them to give good customer service if they can't understand when someone is speaking to them or can't communicate with them? How does that work? I don't get it, then they want to get their attitude with the customers like it's our fault they can't communicate and do their job right. Read moreBrolly hut isn't good anymore. The chili cheese fries are nasty now. They use cheap cheese that doesn't melt. They used to use good cheese that would melt and make the chili cheese fries taste so good. Also they hardly put any beef in the chili, now it's just watery it's so sad and disappointing. Also the fries aren't good they use either cheap fries that makes them taste dry and undercooked or they just don't know how to cook fries like they used to. What is worst is that prices have gone way up and the quality has gone way way down. It's understandable that prices go up it happens but when you charge way more and the quality isn't the same or worst and goes down and you start using cheaper ingredients thats where the problem is. If you want to charge more then make sure the quality of ingredients and food is up to par. Also as much money as they make they should make renovations and make the place clean and sparkle. Instead the tiles and flooring are cracked and dirty, the seats and tables as well. Put some new paint make it stand out. Make it presentable, fix the lighting. Clean the door handles they are black from all the dirt on them from years of no cleaning. Clean and sanitize the bathrooms. Also open the second register up again. They still use covid as an excuse to not open the second register witch makes the lines long and if you called in an order you have to wait till the line is gone to ask for your order. Read moreI just ate at Brolly Hut. I had a not so good experience. I ordered a Taco burrito. It was full of grease. So mush that it was pouring out the end. After only two bites I went back to the counter and asked for a refund. The employee told me OK. I handed the burrito back to him and he told me to throw it away. I did. He said give him a few minutes and he would refund me. I sat down and ate the remainder of my meal. When done I returned to the counter for my refund. The employee went to get the manager who came to the counter and said she could not refund me my money because I threw the food away and didn't return the food. I let her know what the employee had said and I had initially try to hand him the food he told me to throw it away which I did. She said it didn't matter and I could not get my refund. I was informed that I could call back in another hour and a half to speak to her husband who is the manager over her. How do you think that's going to turn out? All over $5.26. I guess I won't be returning to Brolly Hut in no time soon. It makes me wonder how many times this has happened.
