Yesterday I ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food that included a large pizza, a medium pizza, two salads and a variety of additional sauces. I picked this order up curbside. Upon arriving home the large pizza was perfect but the medium pepperoni pizza was SO burned that my two granddaughters (4 and 5) said it "wasn't" pepperoni and would not eat it. I called the store, told them the pizza was burned, explained my disappointment and said that I was driving there with the entire uneaten pizza to get a replacement. When I arriveded at the store, there was another customer in the store (seated) so I wanted to be discreet about returning the burnt pizza. Long story short. the "manager" yelled, was rude, and so unprofessional toward me, despite my kind behavior, that I got the distinct feeling that this young man was attempting to create some "social-media" worthy scene that he could record. Although the the truth is, the only person who anyone would see acting ridiculous on any camera, would be him. My daughter called after I left and went home, so upset and baffled by his unprofessional and ridiculous behavior. He then proceeded to yell at my daughter and claimed he recorded everything. We have contacted corporate and it is our hope that he did really record his obnoxious behavior. He needs to be reprimanded at the very least or fired (the better option) as I can't even begin to imagine that this person is respresenting the Dominio brand in a way that any professional business owner would expect. We have always been pleased with the product and service prior to this. It is unfortunate that if someone burns a pizza and the customer simply wants to exchange it that it is now, because of people like him, impossible to do so in a professional manner. Ironically this store in Ionia has a job posting for a General Manager right now and perhaps this is the reason this "manager" hasn't been trained well in customer service. Either way, I am looking forward to a play back of "his" recording and a resolution to his behavior for...
Read moreBeen ordering from this restaurant for almost 3 years with no issues, they have always delivered on time and hot. Tonight was a different experience. Food was slated for delivery at 7:13pm and the driver grabbed the wrong order, no big deal, called the restaurant and was told he was picking it right up and coming back.. we live 3 minutes away on a bad day. 23 minutes later the order still was not here so I called and was told "yeah it's on its way" when I inquired if it had been remade since it was not almost 25 minutes from the first delivery attempt and almost an hour from when it was ordered they said "no it's the same order, should be there any minute" I asked the associate if he is saying that cold pizza is coming and he says "yeah.. sorry.." I spoke to a manager from there whose only solutions were keep the cold pizza and take a refund or get a hot replacement with no compensation for the long wait, the poor customer service, or the lies told to me about my order being picked up and brought right back out to me, but I could keep the cold food. Ridiculous customer service and even more...
Read moreI ordered a pizza and went to pick it up and they had gave the person ahead of me my pizza. She went out and come back in with my pizza and they put it in a different box and handed it off to me. I watched what he did. So he hands it to me and I asked was that the pizza that just come back in the door and the manager said No. Which was a lie. I had already paid so when I asked to just have my money refunded and go somewhere else cuz you can't just let food go out the door with wrong customer and when they bring it back hand it off to the next. In stead of the manager doing her job professionally she stood in the back of the place hollering and basically calling me a lier because she kept saying that the pizza was refunded back on my card when I paid cash! Now note I still had the change in my hand. I will never go back! If they do that with someone standing there just think what goes on...
