+Super staff: Pro Bar Magicians, Servers are smart prompt to meet you and get what youd like no prob if specific, Cooks make hot tastly food fast and hi-tech! +Best AC downtown. go for the ac stay for the hospitality. Very spacious, 3 sections downstairs each could fit a small bar inside it. +Padio also spacious. and I haven't been upstairs yet it's new and popular. I've been their recently Id say they get an A+ in regards to covid-19 safety for staff & patrons. Before covid-19 I Loved the AC wowed by bar tender magic appreciated that after 4 I could chill in their patio with friends or just to meditate either way a friendly hosting engineer would actually ask what I'd like to order and hand it to me. Thats worth a proper tip aka gratuity to me. and now they got wireless your food is ready...

I went there to watch the Iowa tradition of beer band and was extremely disappointed at the service. The band tradition has members go into local bars and bring in customers to watch the band perform. The staff members were rude to band members and our waitress was shoving them to get by instead of being polite. A lot of local bars also serve band members drinks for bringing in customers. But instead, all of the bar tenders gave nasty attitudes to these hardworking students. The mixed drinks were alright, but served with a side of bad attitude, I will gladly find another bar to enjoy beer band...

Our go-to spot for drinks and friends. Their patio is where we like to hang out, but the rooftop is always a nice change. The food is pretty good for bar food and you can’t beat those deals! The cheesy pizza sticks are the bomb! Best of all - THE STAFF! We have genuinely had the most wonderful times interacting and hanging out with the staff at Joes Place, friendly bartenders and waiters, knowledgeable staff overall and just a great place to casually hang out.
