McDonald's — Restaurant in Iowa Falls

This establishment is very disappointing! The food is never hot and generally tastes like it's been sitting there for a while or at least like they need to really change the grease. There is only one employee who seems to care about the customers and or her job. As I have noticed the reviews about this place for the most part are not good and have not been for some time! Obviously this establishment is doing nothing to change! I guess because they figure they live in a small town if you don't like it you can just leave. Or maybe they figure people will put up with it because it is the only McDonald's for at least another 30 miles or so. There may be one closer but nonetheless after all these bad reviews you would think that at least someone some manager heck some employee would take the initiative to try to make this a better place clean it up clean the employees up there was a girl behind the counter who look like she hadn't had a shower in days nor had she washed her clothes in at least a week! No one should be able to serve food dressed and or looking like that! McDonald's all over the world are beginning to lose respect because they have gotten so big they just don't care! Maybe when they go out of business because they just don't care maybe then the people behind the scenes the big McDonald's Corporation people will actually stop and realize maybe it wasn't all about the money maybe it was about keeping their customers satisfied because without the customers there is no money and this establishment does not deserve to have any money...

Its pretty funny with both kiosks closed for covid and a sign telling customers to wear masks that half their employees, including managers, wear their masks under their nose and mouth, or under their chin, wiping their face with their hands in front of the counter. You might as well stop wearing them and remove those precautions if you aren't going to properly wear them, as they arent doing anything if below your mouth or nose and touching your face (then food without washing hands) anyways.

Also the food here is almost always old tasting, soft nuggets, overly greasy burgers with no taste, the vegetables leave much to desire. Overall just terrible food. I'd take your business elsewhere, there are a lot of healthier and better tasting foods...

long wait times and under filled fry boxes. our order was missing food. sandwiches were thrown together with no care and then poorly wrapped. the restaurant was filthy. I visited during off-peak hours and there were still many dirty tables, trash was lying about, the floor was sticky, and the bathrooms were dirty. from what I could see in the back it was dirty as well. employees have untucked shirts, no hats or hair nets and at least one was not wearing gloves while handling food. the high school kid on register was clearly stoned and smelled strongly of urine. management is rude and unapologetic. if I could give negative stars I would, but one is as low as it goes. steer clear...
