Arby's — Restaurant in Irmo

So...I just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 gyros, a beef and cheddar, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. Came to $17 and change, I’m thinking wow that’s a little pricey but the menu is right there, we are hungry and I know what I’m getting into. I get home and...two (cold) gyros and one (cold) small curly fries. So I called up to get a refund, which I never do, but I’ve been burned by this Arby’s before so heck with it. They answer and I politely explain what happened and ask for a partial refund on my card. Not trying to work them for freebies, I’m just not psyched about paying for food I didn’t get. The guys says ok, hold on, transfers me to what I’m guessing is the manager (after being on hold for 3 minutes), the manager says “ok yeah we can do that, and says hold on. He puts down the phone, I wait for 5 minutes, and they hang up on me. Great job Arby’s. If you are going to charge this much for food you should at least give it to the customer. Visited on way home from a day trip, went through drive thru, but spent 20 minutes there--they forgot to put three sandwiches in the bag. When I went into the restaurant, the staff shrugged and put them in a bag--no apology, actually attitude (like I was being difficult). The fries were only half way filled, and when I pointed this out, I was told I'd have to wait because there were no fries ready. This just proved that he had scrapped the bottom of the bin to half way fill the containers. He was also argumentative on this point, saying, "You got your fries"--meaning the containers rather than the contents I guess. When we got home, my wife discovered her sandwich was missing its bacon. The sandwiches themselves were made quite haphazardly with little care. This dinner for five costs $37--consequently, we felt ripped off. Don't throw your money away on this incompetent restaurant. Based on this visit and a few others I can only conclude, they do not train there staff to care about customers--incompetence is the norm. Don't waste your hard...

I highly would suggest reading this post… I went to this location after a long day at work, I love Arby’s but after this experience I do not know if I will ever go back to another one…. Disgusting 🤢

Chicken Sandwich and Fries.. I told the Manager to drop and cook everything fresh, looks like they served me a uncooked chicken sandwich , called corporate and they should be f/u the case…. If this was done to me, it’s no telling what can be done to you who’s reading… I highly suggest going to a different Arby’s at another location

I forgot to state that on the night that this event taken place I called corporate, the operator stated that he noted the situation in the system!!! It has been 2wks , I was sick after eating here, the pictures reveals it all… I highly suggested that you whose reading DO NOT GO to the location horrible, I called the manager too she hasn’t even offered a refund nor redo the order that I’ve placed….
