If I could rate less than one star I would! My son mother and I ate at this location for Valentine’s Day. We ordered drinks and the drink machine wasn’t working correctly I notified staff and for the hour we were in the restaurant no one checked the machine and we saw other patrons complaining as well. About 30 mins after we ate my son became Ill throwing up the pizza. I took him to the car and he threw up again in the parking lot after getting home my self and my mother both became I’ll vomiting as well we went to urgent care and were told we had food poisoning. Upon them opening this morning I called and asked to speak to a manager I spoke with Bobby and he was very rude stating that he knows about food poisoning and he could assure us that their pizza didn’t make us sick and he wasn’t going to refund any money for a pizza someone ate some of or for our drinks. I feel this is very poor customer service and we have eaten at this location for the last 18 years and I will NEVER return and I will make sure I notify all of my friends, family and co workers of the customer service or lack there of as well as our horrible experience. My job orders over 200 worth of pizza from the Lexington location every two weeks.

I called back and spoke with the owner she was even more rude than the initial manager I spoke to. No care or concern that my family fell ill after eating there telling me “my tastebuds were off” about the drink machine which other people also complained about so FALSE. And I said you are not being very nice what is wrong with you? She replied “NO MAAM WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU LIKE SERIOUSLY COME ON” and then told me “just call DHEC”
This is the most disrespectful customer service I have EVER in 28 years of my life received!! I will NEVER spend another dime with them or any...
Read moreThe staff were friendly and accommodating. I will explain morning a bit. I got a" super" 8-inch pizza. Would have gotten a large if I had known how good the Pizza was. My hubby got a large Italian grinder ( sub sandwhich for those that never heard of grinder) Yeehaw, he said it was the best sandwich he's had in forever. Now, the rest of the story. We came to the restaurant on Central time. 730 pm. ordered our food and wondered why they were tearing down and cleaning. Sat down to wait for our dine in food. Realized it was actually 830pm, by now 845pm. They close at 9. I felt so bad. I didn't want to make them stay late. They, on the other hand, were so kind and told us not to hurry and to enjoy our food. We DID we ate 1/2 of our order . It was delicious. Pizza crust thin great charred on the bottom perfect,, sturdy enough to hold the fresh toppings. The sauce was perfection. I tried a bite of hubby's sandwich and stole some of the crispy cheese that baked on the side of the bread. Unbelievable. Yum,yum!! When you're traveling you look at reviews and hope that person has a palette that can taste GOOD food. Not always the case. I can say. I am picky. I don't need fancy, I want good food. This little unpretentious joint did a great job with a smile and kindness towards the customer. I would love for this chain to open up In our neck of the woods.. They would be a HIT. Ft. CAVASOS, Central Texas would make them rich. We have little Cesar's,and The other chains, They are okay. This place would shut them down. Thank y'all. You made this visitor to your town very happy. I highly recommend this restaurant. We are going to be in the area for a few days. I can tell you now we will be eating here again before we leave to go back home. ...
Read moreThis used to be my go-to spot until horrible service ruined it.... So called in an order and asked for a supreme pizza and my order was confirmed with the employee on the phone. I told the employee I wasn’t sure if it’s called a supreme and she didn’t say anything...I assumed we were good. Got the pizza and it was wrong, it was made as a “super” which has no meat. I told them I said supreme and they even repeated it back on the phone. They agreed to remake and the employee threw it angrily on a metal table, proceeded to the back and said “now we gotta make another pizza that’s not on a ticket”. The employee at the front even looked at me in bewilderment over the tantrum her fellow employee was throwing. That prompted me to ask to speak to the manager, to my disbelief it was the employee throwing the tantrum. I asked the manager why was she acting so angry I just want my order fixed. She said she didn’t have an attitude and proceeded to berate her staff because they didn’t get the phone order straight. They did at least correct my order but probably the worst pizza I ever had from there this particular time. This is really sad because it was me and my family’s favorite spot with easily some of the best pizza in Columbia. I’ll never go here again I guess it’s hungry howies for now on. Good luck maybe if you get the right employees on the right day with the right attitude they will make you a...
