Went through the drive through this morning. Could barely understand whatever salutation that was uttered. It may have been a a greeting but given what followed, I am not so sure. As with most people my order consisted if several things, however I barely got out the forst item when I was sourerly asked is that all? I had not been given a chance to place my order. So I tried to start my order again and apparently the employee taking the order was not happy that I wanted to place my order again so they switched me off to another person. So, I was asked the can I take your order, which I gave faster so I would get it all out and when they tried to repeat it to me the first item was wrong, which I told them. Ok drive around for your food. When I paid, I asked the cashier to repeat my order to me. It was wrong. They had and egg biscuit rather than an egg and cheese biscuit. I heard her tell the line people that it was supposed to be an egg and cheese biscuit. Next I pulled forward. Since the only time I had felt heard was the young lady taking my payment, I decided to check my order before leaving the drive through. And sadly, I had an egg biscuit. After waiting a few minutes the person working that window came back and asked what was wrong. I told her I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and received an egg biscuit. After waiting a few more minutes, they brought me a piece of cheese in a box to put on my biscuit. Really people? Do you think this is the way you treat others. I am sorry, but in my book, this is wrong. This is very wrong. If you ask for my order, allow me to place it completely before asking if that is all. When you get an order wrong. Take back the item not ordered and replace it with an item that is ordered. Don't tell me to assemble it myself. If you don't have manners and use them, you should not be working...
Read moreI ordered thru the app because I was in a rush to an important event. It was raining bad and I also had my 2 small children with me. To save time I ordered via app 20 minutes before I arrived. When I got there and sent my oldest child inside , she came back out 2 mins later saying that the person inside said , " I'm not worried about Online orders right now, I have to get my drive thru orders"! Examining the outside , there were only 2 cars in the drive thru that had ordered and were at the window. So I went inside to retrieve my order and again advised staff that I placed an online order 20 mins ago and was here to pick it up. The lady in the front with Dread Locs had the nastiest attitude and said " Yea , and I just told her I have to get my drive thru ready first , I'm not worried about that right now. So I in-fact had an attitude back because the disrespect was not needed from jump. She then went around the back hollering " Yall better come up here and get her because I don't have time for this ". Other staff tried to figure out what the issue was and apparently it was her. My items of my order had been made and she took those items to support other orders. They advised her to just go ahead an make my order. The mangers then came and listened to my issue and apologized and that she is getting right on it.
I visit here often in the morning on the way to work because they are typically fact and courteous. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect for someone whose spent more than your average order. I'm not sure if I'll visit...
Read moreA few great staff members that are always polite and respectful, and those few are why I still frequent while they are working. Usually most of the staff is rude and unpleasant w/ me and other guests. The food is rarely correct and the drive thru 90% of the time asks me to pull forward or aside to the designated drive-thru parking spaces which are usually full along with 2 cars pulled forward and w/5-6 cars waiting already, I usually am waiting for 5-10 mins at least, and sometimes longer until I decide to go in and get it myself.. DEFEATS THE DRIVE-THRU PURPOSE COMPLETELY. or makes me late for work and I can't leave considering they took my money at the 1st window and then ask me to pull ahead at the second. I do understand that there is a timer on the drive thru and your trying to keep ur times good for corporate, understandably, but they should at least be close to correct sometimes.. what good is the good drive thru times if they are inaccurate 90% of the time??? Right?? The goal should be to actually keep the time down while actually getting the food out close to that time. I do understand that there is and will always be special circumstances from time to time and that's ok. But please don't continue letting it all be a big lie or farce that you have no care to...
