This was our first time visiting and will definitely be our last. This place seems designed from a corporate stand point and the design was never tested from a customer stand point. The seating for our lane was too small and cramped, impossible to walk by for the next person due to a table in the way, and the waiting time for food and drinks was ridiculous. Seating - the seats were comfortable themselves but the "dining table" took up too much leg room. You have to play tetris in order to allow the next person out to take their turn. The computer was in a spot only one person could comfortably access, which left that person with a busy night of handling our requests to reset a board when it malfunctioned, call for wait staff etc. Wait times we're down right embarrassing. Our Sodas came quickly but any drink from the bar took forever even with 3 bartenders. Like, 30 mins for a beer and 2 screwdrivers. Food took even longer and even came out completely wrong, which led to another wait. When we used the computer to call for our waiter, it seem to never work. Eventually our main scoreboard turned green saying staff was coming, yet they never did. However we could see our waiter across the place and it appeared he was in fact doing his job, so I'm not sure if it was a malfunction of their system. It also appeared the kitchen was a long distance away. Our waiter, Chase, was amazing overall. I still tipped 30% as it was not his fault, just indirectly due to the set up of the actual business. Corporate should really allow general managers or managers themselves to make changes as they see fit, and consider the set up, space utilization, staffing (like hiring drink runners, food runners), and insuring their computers are functioning properly. We did pay our bills before speaking to management, although he did say he wished we wouldn't have. We felt an honest review was worth the price of what we paid, and we still overall had fun with our friends, and that was the goal. We have decided to just take our business elsewhere.

This is the second time me and my family attempted to patronize this place, and will most likely be the last. The first time we came was about a year ago, and we were told there would be a 2 - 3 hour wait to get a lane. Needless to say we left. Tonight we gave them a second chance, and the only difference is they lied this time about how long the wait would be. We were told that there was a 30 minute wait, but because less than half of the lanes were being used we thought it might be faster. We were wrong. We grabbed a table and ordered some food, which ended up taking 45 minutes to get. We only ordered a hamburger, Philly cheese steak, and an order of fries. And again, the place was not busy. The food was extremely bland, so feel free to bring anyone over the age of 80 that doesn't like any spices in their food. There was a giant stack of worn shoes just sitting on the counter that none of the dozen or so employees wandering around couldnt disenfect. Despite less than half of the lanes being occupied, it took us over an hour to get one. The staff was all unfriendly, too. Over $30 for 2 small meals (no drinks), and $45 for 2 rounds of bowling! I would suggest Anchor Lanes right up the road for anyone interested in bowling on this side of town.

Paid $88 for 4 adult 21+ family members to bowl for 90-min. This included a whopping $15 reservation fee despite also pre-paying for the lane. On arrival we were assigned lane 5 for our ”reservation” which constantly malfunctioned knocking pins over during pick up and set up or miscounted pins altogether for at least one of us in every frame.

Lane 3&4 next to us had their ball return malfunction twice for over ten minutes each time stopping all their play. Most of the available balls at the 7-10 lbs range were seriously chipped up beyond acceptable use.

The bartender was absolutely toxic, unresponsive and unfriendly. After waiting to be served bellied up to the bar (seats nearly 30 customers but only 4 others present) for nearly 10 minutes and being completely ignored after my daughter first asked how much a bucket of beer cost, we finally just left after the bartender told us to go get in back of a line that did not exist on the far end of the bar. There was no signage up, and this “line” apparently didn’t apply to any other customers when we walked up to the bar. The attitude she gave us was so unprofessional I sought out management to make a complaint. Manager did nothing to correct, intervene or make things right. They lost out on an additional $50-$100 in drink and food orders from this.

Our last twenty minutes a large party of 8+ adults were allowed to play on just one lane next to us. Only seating for four. They were unruly and literally standing in our lane to wait their turns or while attempting filming videos of each other from literally the middle of our lane. They were constantly asked to move out of the way so we could bowl our timed game and they just didn’t care. Management did not intervene or police them up once despite things getting physical. Didn’t bring it to their attention either, and they gave no care how the bar tender was acting previously.

Never coming back. Too many options in the area to spend this kind of money for poor bowling equipment, acceptance of poor etiquette between lanes, and I’ll be damned before I spend any money for a drink from someone with such repugnant lack of customer service. This place needs something like the Kitchen Nightmares team to come in and give them some bowling alley style help, because I don’t think anyone cares. I never leave reviews but this was such a poor experience it needs to be shared with...

This was our first time and last time here. We walked in and there was nobody around. I walked to the ketchin area so I could find someone to speak to. A lady came out of the corner hollering at me, "what do you need?" My husband told her to not hollar at me. I'm assuming the manager. I explain I was looking for someone to find out how to play the games. She pointed her finger towards the back of the building and said "go there." We get over there and the guy working there has no interest in talking to us whatsoever. He sends us off to a kiosk to put money on a card to use the game which is operated for the arcade games. So I ordered a card and we played. After a while we decided to go bowling and waited for 45 minutes for an ally. I go to the food computer thing and order 4 drinks and a kids meal. $27 non-alcholic drinks. We played games and was called for our ally. So we go up there and the guy says we have to use another machine to pay for the ally and it's not the same card to use forthe arcade games. It also doesn't give you money back so if you put $40 and it and the game is $34 you loose $6. We decided today just wasn't the day to play with computers and cards to play bowling, laser tag, or bumper cars. After waiting for about an hour I hear my number called over the intercom for my food. So we go up there and I said "hey that was my number" and he said "what did you have?" I told him and he goes "well that foods been sitting there for a really long time, we can remake it for you". At this point I asked for a refund. I waited almost an hour for 4 drinks, 2 chicken tenders and a small fry. The manager lady who was rude walked up in the process and pointed at me and said "that ones food almost ready", I said we have been waiting for almost an hour, my foods been sitting here this whole time, I'd like a refund to leave please." She mean mugged me the entire time i was getting my family togethee to leave. The service and manager here was ridiculous. I also watched the prices of the same games I had played once earlier double within an hour. We will not be back. We visited the dave and busters in columbia here and it was completely the opposite and way cheaper than this place. I'd recommend their service and arcade anytime over stars and no strikes. Have the day you deserve and don't waste...

I was disappointed with how they explained their mess up, giving the children their free games. I paid for 2 games for myself as well as my daughter gets 2 free games with the kids' bowl for free program. My older daughter was only letting her girls do the bowl for free deal. We didn't receive that. They split my youngest child 2 free games with my oldest daughters 4 children. Now, 5 children split 2 free games, so they explained. But we didn't ask for this service. So, the children only bowled truthfully 1 free game amongst the 5. The first set expired at the 7th slot before the last 2 people were able to bowl. The second game expired during the 3rd slot, and the last 2 didn't get to bowl. When I finally said welp, this is crazy. That's when Lexi tried to explain that we got 2 games and they were fractured off amongst all the children. So, we didn't receive 2 free games or my 2 games that I paid for. But I was aggravated by that point, and the children were disappointed in stopping just so we could figure out what was going on. Lexi figured out what we were stating as well as they were wrong on their end and stated that she would give us free shoes the next time we come back to bowl. Even though she stated this with a smirk and said if I be working when y'all come back. So, I just wrote her name on my receipt and left. 2 free games equals 20 slots at 2 bowls each. 2 paid adult games, which means 20 slots at 2 bowls each. So, how was that equivalent to the service that we received today? I will attach my receipt below. I'm not around my eldest at this very moment to attach her receipt. But I was very disappointed today. It took me a while to write this review because I'm just that pissed still. Our original server just walked off when I was questioning the games ending abruptly. SMH. Didn't say I would get you someone else or nothing. She listened, looked at the receipt, and walked off. I just wanted to figure out the process of why it was figured up this way. Which at the end of it all doesn't make any good sense. If I'm wrong, explain it to me again just for good measure. I've always played 10 slots per game and bowled 2 times per slot. Unless this method has expired,...
