Ok so I want to make this clear. This is not on the people that served the subs. I am very sure they are told to do it this way and/or the premade amount that is served. Service was great but Subway has now become the Taco Bell of subs. It’s half the meat or main course on the sub and it’s nowhere close to what it used to be. My family moved here recently and found Firehouse and we love it. I was a huge fan of subways Tuna and steak subs. Also loved the cold cut sub as well. All are basically a sliver of what we used to get. If you had no ingredients, it would literally look like the sauce in size.
I was blown away at the lack of meat/main they now give you on your sandwiches. I can only compare them to Taco Bell with the raise in price and less food. I was the dummy that talked everyone into going there and not back to the other two (jersey mikes and firehouse) The service was great as my review will state, but all of the rumors and reviews are true. Less food for more money is exactly the truth with Subway. It’s not just one place. I hope more people complain about the amount in which you receive but only at a higher rate.

Read moreI ordered on Uber eats and they got my order wrong I spent $18 on that so Uber eats refunded me through there at $15 I ended up reordering and instead of giving me my foot long that was giving a 6 in and it didn't even have the turkey on it! They gave me a veggie sub so my sister-in-law went in for me to ask them about it to see if I could get it remade because it was twice I just wasted $33 on sandwiches I can't even eat because the first one was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't and I'm pregnant I can't eat cold deli meat. When she went in and tried asking about it all the person did was not even try to help with anything was rude to her about the food saying that I just took off the meat called me a liar basically pulled up my order on his screen then turn around and said oh I can't do anything about it so she asked what do you mean and he said she probably didn't even put it to this location even though he just pulled it up on the screen and wasn't even helpful. Me as a person who has worked in the fast food business for 4 years including subway that was horrible customer service it was rude and not ok. Respectfully they need to do better. Read moreI wouldn’t normally leave a review of a subway, but this one stood out. I went in on a Sunday night. There was one employee working (Michael), and there was a decent sized line. Michael was extremely friendly. I asked him if it’s just him working tonight, normally someone would complain about working alone and how stressed they are. Michael did not. He made a joke about being happy to serve the people of Irmo. I just got done with s long drive from Ohio, and his touch of kindness and great attitude boosted mine. We need more people with contagious good attitudes like Michael.
