Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Irvine

I would rate it a negative 5 but to post I had to choose at least 1 star. Do NOT buy pizza from here. Bad quality. Bad service. Dishonest.

The customer service at this location is poor, disrespectful, and dishonest. The driver did not deliver the full order and I politely let him know I was missing part of my order. The driver acknowledged part of my order was missing and said he would be back with the rest. 1 hour later and still no order. I called to request for it to be delivered to me but they told me it would be a 2-hour wait. Instead, they said they'd give me 1 additional pizza to compensate for their mistake. The next day we tried to claim our order and the additional "free pizza" but they said we had to pay for the delivery charge. We explained that we should not since it was their mistake our order was not delivered in the first place. The person hung up the phone on us. We went down to the store to speak with the manager but the person at the cashier said none was there. They continued to be rude. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a pizza shop. I would not recommend this place at all. There are better pizza shops with better quality and good customer service. The workers there were rude, unapologetic, and dishonest. See some of the prior ratings and seems sad. Made an error on my order as I did not check until I got home. At that time was not going to drive back and pick up correct pizza's and/or wait longer. The employee owned up to the error and we handled. Anyways since they move down to the end of the plazavthinking better flow for delivery and or pickup. Have been to the new location and is smaller but appears to be better for the customer. Service was professional with clean work area and taste was good. Thinking they have good team going forward to handle and service their customers.

At the end of the day. Took photo of Pizza and see why reviews are so poor. Got two Pizza's that were different then what ordered. Manager on duty did not approve any credit from staff member and no communication. On next visit manager told me to pay for new order and have to talk to manager in person. Huge lack of communication and sends message we only care about themselves and no customer service. This may be the reason for a rating of 3 overall from their customers. I placed an order as a delivery online and put in my business name and adresses, added a tip and all. I show my order was confirmed, yet I got no pizza. I looked outside and no one was outside. I call and aparrently this guy was the manager. Horrible customer service. I advised him my order was not delivered and he said it was scheduled as a carry out because they do not deliver in my area. I googled the address and it was a 8 minute drive. I told him I got no notification or phone call. He told me the driver was there and was calling me. No call at all and he charged me for a delivery fee and my pizza was cold, 1 1/2 hours later. I called 3x to which I finally saw the driver pull up on the street and greet my outside. He told me he was sorry and not to be upset. I let him know was frustrated at him but his lack of management support and poor customer service. He mentioned he has delivered here before and the irony of that comment was that we had Dominoes delivered here 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I didn't get this managers name.
