This is in a location where you can order from other restaurants easily So you can go with friends there and if someone is feeling Mexican food versus Asian food, you can both get what you want! Which is really cool! It's funny to me that most of the negative reviews for this restaurant are from boomers who never even gave this restaurant a chance simply because it was a kiosk versus a person. Those people should have never even left a review to begin with since they never tried the food or talk to the person who brings out your food. The service and the quality was great!

What a delightful experience Picante Martin's was! We ordered online and picked up in person, and we were so hungry we started eating in the car! Our meals were delicious, the salsas were perfect, and everything was packaged so thoughtfully. Not even 1 broken tortilla chip! All the items tasted fresh- made to order, and nothing tasted greasy or heavy. They use canola oil for those with allergies. We asked because I have a peanut allergy. Also, my husband has a severe avocado allergy and they allow notes and special requests to be listed with the items. They read all the notes and prepared everything carefully, and even called with a question about our order. They were so polite in person as well - very warm welcome. I ordered 3 different family packs from Picante for National Boss’s Day at my job. The service was the best! Last week they called to confirm my order & then texted me the day of, along with when it was ready to be picked up. I know the location could be a bit confusing for some but my navigation took me right to it. I don’t recall the man’s name who helped me, but he was able to help me take the food to my car & was one of the nicest restaurant service I’ve had in awhile. The food was honestly amazing, felt like it was made from the heart. All my coworkers loved the food and complimented how much they loved the food and the freshness of it, which I enjoyed as well.
