Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Irvine

Ordered a Mango Dragon Fruit with no water and 3 scoops of dragon fruit. The employee with no name tag said that is extra charge. I said oh I never been charge before she said it started to day. Then she spoke spanish to the other employee named Mary. When I received my drink it had no ice a few peice of dragon fruit and made with water. I asked the employee nameed Mary and she basically said it was mixed with ice. When I asked about the water in it she said it has no water. They were both very rude and very unprofessional. I will not return to this Starbucks again. When I asked for more fruit she rolled her eyes and had to open a new package of the fruit because in the beginning she had used what was at the bottom of the container which was super tiny pieces of fruit but mostly fruit dust. The drink was so disgusting I couldn't even drink it. My daughter ordered a plain lemonade and it was watered-down down also and said it tasted like flavored water. I generally receive very pleasant customer service from other Starbucks locations. However, I received the rudest customer service at this location inside of Target. I walked up to the register and tried to order a latte. The girl at the register gave me an annoyed look, did not say a word, and with attitude took a pen to tap a small hand written card near the register. She could have told me what was going on but instead stood there without saying a word and just waited for me to read a card that stated that they were out of steamed milk and espresso beans. After I finished reading the card, she finally tells me that they can only make tea. I did not get her name or get a good look at her since I just left after the rude encounter but I think she had red hair. It was on a Saturday 11/12 around 2:45pm. I will not...

I ordered on the Starbucks app and got a Grande Strawberry Refresher and a Cranberry Bliss. When I picked I had the drink everything tastes fine. I then received from a worker under the name Jason a sticker of my order. The refresher and Cranberry Bliss. I did not receive my Cranberry Bliss. I recieved a refund for my Cranberry Bliss only. On the Starbucks App they have advertised the Cranberry Bliss as stocked. I'm the store though they were all in the oven. 60 minutes later (1 hour) they didn't say they had them...
