Burger King — Restaurant in Irving

Just moved to Grand Prairie and I love Burger King, but I'm definitely NOT coming to this location ever again and I advise you all to steer clear of it until they get new management and prep workers. I wouldn't be surprised if this location gets shut down by the Health Department.

I only live 8 mins away, but I'll drive back to Garland location just to get the Burgers i know and love from Burger King.

Poor excuse and a disgrace for a Burger King franchise location. This location shows no care for the presentation or authenticity of the menu. The nice woman attending me was very welcoming though, thank you. Hope they transfer her to work at a better location when they get shut down.

I ordered a Bacon King with medium fried and drink. And an order of Onion Rings. For those who don't know what it should have, it's simple: • Top bun • Mayo/Ketchup • 3 half slices of bacon • Cheese • Beef Patty • 3 more half slices of bacon • 2nd slice of cheese • Beef Patty • Bottom Bun

What I got was a SINGLE bacon king with 2 slices of burned bacon and a second patty. Refer to the pictures.

The soda fountain was the only thing that was RIGHT. Since you can't really screw up a fountain drink since you dispense it yourself.

The burger was slightly warm as if it had been sitting there for a while before the cook just slapped a second patty into it and threw his hands up.

The fries were old, cold and not appetizing at all.

The onion rings were cold as well, I have no idea why anyone would serve cold sides...

The worse part was the mayo tasted past expiration, had a very sour taste to it.

I ended feeling nauseous and sick after a visit to this location the next morning. Going to inform the health department after this.

I repeat, DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION for a good Burger from this...

This Burger King is my go-to as it is never super crowded and the line goes mush faster than the other 2 burger joints in the vicinity of this location! There has been a time or two that the dining room was closed, however the drive through was open. A closed dinning room makes some people unhappy but I'm okay with this and don't mind picking it up during my lunchbreak. There are a couple city parks & a city water fountain nearby to spend my lunch hour and eat (either in my car or on a park bench when the weather is nice). Download the Burger King app on your phone to find the best deals on promotional sandwiches and pretty much all menu items. Once you select your item, the app gives you a coupon code with a time frame to use the code. Tell the drive-through attendant you have a coupon code at the time that you're placing your order. You might have to show the code to the cashier, but I wasn'trequired to this time. On this particular visit, (using the app), we got a $9.99 Whopper meal deal for 2 people. This deal included 2 large Whopper sandwiches (not the Jr. Whopper sandwich); 2 fries, and 2 drinks. I never get tired of the flame-broiled burger. The portion sizes of drink and fries were just right, and food was fresh! I go at least once a week. (This location is near the railway station & Dart bus stop, so you might see people walking up to this particular location). Store#18043 200 W Irving Blvd Irving Tx 75060 every time i have gone to this location they've made it am unpleasant experience! I went to another BK first but Internet was down & i didn't have cash. So i drove across town to the location above. I asked for 2 orders of chicken fries, 1 value fry, 1 value onion ring, an apple pie (which was smashed when i opened it like someone chewed it & spit it back into the box) & a value sprite. So when i finally got to the window to get my food i asked for 4 bbqs 2 for each chicken fry & instead of the guy telling me i only got 1 chicken fry. He got an attitude & told me he had to charge extra for extra sauces. Finally i guess the manager came over & i explained i needed 2 sauces for each of my chicken fries. So she shows me the receipt & says well you only ordered 1. I was so irritated by this point that i drove off! I'm 8 months pregnant & starving at this point. I tried to call up there to talk to manager after i got home. I set my 4 yr old down with his food. Called the BK yes i was highly upset i let a cuss word slip. The woman says i can't talk to you if you're going to talk like that so i corrected myself. & went on to explain everything & the woman hung up on me! So i called corporate.
