The professionalism and integrity of the employees at this location is at an all time low. I placed an order for delivery via Dominos app. However I received a notification that my order had been delivered and when I open my door nothing was there. I contacted the store to inquire about my recent order and they told me that it was delivered. When I mention I didn’t receive it the employee said he would talk to the driver and promptly disconnected the call. I had to call back 3x to get someone back on the phone. When someone answered I had to explain my situation over again and was told the driver said he delivered it and that was it. So when I went to store #9221 they were extremely callous and dismissive of the situation. They attempted to offer me another customers pizza which I declined. I told them I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my initial order I requested. They told me to wait until the driver came back. I waited 45 mins while on hold with corporate watching the same two delivery drivers pick up additional orders and drop them off. Finally I asked again if they could accommodate in remaking my order and still I was told that I had to wait for the driver to return, which he never did. So disappointed in the service and corporate, (although more empathetic than the store) did not make me feel like the matter would be resolved because the location was a franchise. If you're going to offer something one day with someone, it is decent customer service to honor that for the sake of customer retention and consistency. I ordered a pizza yesterday using my front desk cards. (Hotel Front Desk Staff collect cards whenever they recommend a guest to dominoes 10 resulting in a free large one topping pizza). I'm allergic to tomato sauce so I prefer Alfredo sauce as a substitute and my one topping being feta cheese. I've done this for other locations in the past, and the nice guy on the phone okayed me to do so as well yesterday, as even though the pizza is free, I always take care of the driver, a fellow person in the service industry. I try to order a pizza today and the rude manager tells me that Alfredo sauce is the topping. I stated you guys did this pizza for me yesterday, what's the problem with today. He stated ver batim ," Yeah I heard him ok that yesterday but he didn't check with management before he did that." Why didn't you say anything yesterday ????????????? At this point this is about principal. I will be sure to recommend Italian Crust and Chicago Pizza to all my guests from now on. And as a manager make sure my staff does not recommend dominoes as well. If guests ask why, I'll be sure to say because I found a bug in my pizza. You guys wants to be petty?????...
Read moreIf I can give 0 stars I would. Worst customer ever. As a mom I order delivery very often because I have a 2 year old and a 7 month old. I ordered to be delivered at my door and provided an access code and the driver said I had to come down due to parking which there’s visitor parking they just have to register and it takes less than a minute. Anyway after I mentioned to him I can’t because I have no one to watch my two babies he said “well that’s too bad I’m going to take it back and cancel the order”. I reiterated everything and he then proceeded in hanging up on me. I called the store manager who’s alleged name is Jaime and she gave soooo much attitude after the fact of having such an inconvenience. I mentioned I’d call corporate and then requested the number her response was “I thought you knew how” giggling. The most upsetting part is that my 2 year old is really ill and his favorite food is pizza so I decided to order it to cheer him up. Plus he has medication he needs to take when he eats so I had to give him a quick cereal to ensure he took it a timely manner. I’m appalled at the service received.
