Now I truly understand why the ratings are so low—if there were an option for zero stars, I would have given that.
So yesterday, I ordered pizza for pickup around 7:15 PM. I had ordered two pizzas—one large, one medium—and a box of Parmesan bites. When I got home and opened the box, I saw that my large pizza had chicken on it, even though I had clearly ordered a completely vegetarian pizza. I hadn’t asked for chicken nor was it part of my order.
I immediately called the store and explained the situation. The person on the call told me, “I’ll issue you a refund, but I can’t deliver the correct pizza to your home.” (Even though I live very close to this location!) I told him that since it was their mistake, the least they could do was offer some concession and deliver the correct pizza to me. Still, I agreed to bring the incorrect pizza back to the store myself.
I went back with the pizza and explained the issue again. I don’t know if the person I spoke to was the manager (he didn’t seem like one and honestly shouldn’t have been), but his attitude was extremely rude. When I showed him the pizza, he outright said, “Where’s the chicken? There’s no chicken at all.” I had to physically point it out, and it turned out it was actually sausages (which I didn’t realize earlier—I thought it was chicken). He then admitted, “Oh yeah, that wasn’t your order—you were given the wrong one.”
So I asked, “Isn’t that your fault?” to which he said, “Yes, the person messed up the order.” Then he took the incorrect pizza and brought the correct one. And you know how he handed it to me? He just placed the box and walked away. No apology. No basic courtesy. He didn’t even ask me to check if everything was correct this time.
Is that how your store operates? Is this how your management is trained to handle customers?
Honestly, I expect much better from a big food chain like Domino’s. I used my own fuel to go all the way back, and in return, I was treated like this?
Another Domino’s location once messed up my order too—but they owned up to it and delivered the replacement to my home. That’s professionalism. But this store? Completely opposite.
Domino’s needs to seriously work on improving the customer service at this location. It should be your number one priority. We’re paying for our food, and this is the kind of service we’re getting?
Now I fully agree with all the negative reviews—this location absolutely deserves them. Domino’s,...

I hate leaving bad reviews as I want to see places do well, though after tonight, people should know. I wouldn’t write this review if it only happened one time along with the response I received.
I’ve ordered today (and in the past-not just a one time place I came to today ) from here online through the website. The tracker says the time it will be done along with updates. It’s Sunday night football, yes it’s going to be busy, though tracker said this. I placed an order and was told by dominos it would be 30 mins or so. It was apparently being made/oven. I waited 30+ mins and drove over to get it. Walked in, I told the worker my last name and he said “order number?” and I had to search through a screen to find it. I told him and he said it wouldn’t be ready for an hour to an hour and half and I mentioned I already waited and the app said this. He said “the app isn’t accurate” and “we don’t use it”, and also said “look around, can see we’re busy”. He said we can cancel your order. There was no apology, offering to fix it, or anything. Just an awful attitude. I wasted my time waiting and end up disappointing my friends I had over with no food.
Firstly, if the app hasn’t worked at this dominos, why use it? Take the location off and only do call in or walk in, and not affect the customer with false promises, wasted time and leaving people in the dust with “I can cancel your order” after 30-40 mins. Also to not try to resolve or fix it, and be rude and condescending, is terrible. I understand being busy though how it was handled was not correct nor helpful or appropriate. I’ve never had issues with dominos and their app besides here, along with them not wanting to/using the app time for orders.
Suggest staying away from here and going...
Read moreI'm not sure if I am spelling the name correct! I wanted to say thank you Vonte for your great customer service and addressing our concerns for the pizza having a lack of cheese. The young lady at the makeline did a great job. I'm sorry for the extra work. For the GM Sergio, I have a major issue with your poor attitude about remaking the pizza. I was very respectful. Please set a better example for your team. Telling us that the pizza comes with 7.5 ounces of cheese and if I want extra I needed to order it. Since I was not able to take a picture of it, you didn't even apologize or make an effort to assist us. We were very kind and respectful. You will lose your customers with your attitude. Do better. Vonte, you are a rock star and continue to make your pizzas with love. You care about your customers and it shows. You need to be promoted asap! Thank you and have a great weekend!
This is the remake pizza after we asked Vonte to pull it out and little early. The first pizza had missing cheese and it was cooked a little well. This is what the pizza should look like and your ovens need to be recalibrate because with a light sauced pizza the cheese burned. We were not able to take a picture of the original. GM Sergio, you should review these reviews because you have an opportunity to provide...
