💫Highlight: Each cashier was lovely to every customer; all ladies when I went. ⚡Drawback: Nothing

Food was good, chicken cooked well, none of those stringy bits, lettuce crispy no sog, filled to get my fill.

Place has ample seating and you don't feel rushed to get in and out. Those ordering out seemed to stand away from those eating in; which is nice not having someone over your shoulder or bumping your chair.

With everything going on in the world today, the ladies at the Firehouse Sub shop by the Towne Center mall make the planet a better place to be. This was our first time eating at this franchise and it won't be our last. We arrived five minutes before closing time while they were cleaning up and they had no problem making us two fantastic hot subs. Although they didn't have the chilli or chicken and dumplings, the subs they did make for us will have us coming back to try the other menu items. The store was sparkling clean and the friendly service top notch. The delicious food was made to order, delivered fast, and hot with a smile. I highly recommend you get over there and grab some fantastic food served...

Overall bad experience Don't judge a book by its cover a man looking average can own a construction company while man with tie is a customer service rep. Treat everyone with respect equally. Customers can see it, appreciate our business. Every firehouse I go this location is the only one I feel unappreciated. I always donate not a "Thank you sir" wow. Ungreatful I wonder now if they really do donate, on the receipt It says "food" 🤔 oh and I'm not really big on sauce but I've seen a customer ask for sauce they gave him one tiny bit of sauce he politely asked for one more since he did just buy a Large Sub and the man (mid 40's) gave him a dirty look along...
