Zero Latency - Irving — Attraction in Irving

ZERO stars. From the moment we got there which we got there EARLY like they said at 8pm for our 8:30 time slot. We paid for a two person experience and she tried pairing us with other people because she didn’t want to stay late but our time was 8:30. It was because she was behind and was annoyed when we said we preferred it to be just us two like we paid for and booked for. We waited 45 minutes. And when she finally came to grab us she half-assed played the video didn’t even make it full screen for us to watch. When I mentioned to her before starting that my headphones were off she brushed it off and sent us to start the game. I kept trying to yell out for her that I could hear ANYTHING. She didn’t respond AT ALL. I had to take off my head set to find her outside where she just again said “oh well games almost over just play” and when I again told her after the game she said “I was watching the whole time you were hitting all the check points” but yeah only because I was following my boyfriend through the whole game but the whole time I kept trying to tell her but no response. This was honestly the worst experience. Sucks because I paid for a night to celebrate a loved one and have fun. I don’t recommend this place.

0/10 if we could give zero stars. Sucks I spent money on such a horrible experience.

*update we were the ONLY ones who booked the 8:30 slot. The other couple had been scheduled for 8 we were told. And your websites CLEARLY states to arrive early about 15/20 min early before your booked time (which we did) and they would brief and you would get your mission and then start gearing up. She told us the only reason she wanted us to join them was because she didn’t want to stay late when it wasn’t even 8:30 our start time. She was already complaining that we wanted to keep our 8:30 booking. I was fine waiting until our booking is what I told her. We even waited 16 min past our booked time slot which is fine I get things running behind- but the attitude we got for us wanting to keep our booked time was awful. And when the entire game I kept called out for help to which I had to go and FIND the employee and stop in the game to which she just shrugged off and the even when it had ended I mentioned “hey I couldn’t hear anything” she could care less and then tried to make it seem like I was lying. Saying “well I could see you making it to all the checkpoints” dude- I was only making them because my boyfriend was having to direct me to them. I had no sound no music no coms. I wasn’t trying to have her start the game over or give us more time. I just wanted to change head sets and jump back on for the time we had left to enjoy at least some of what we paid for but clearly she didn’t...

Super friendly staff. They were EXTREMELY patient as well. A couple in my party was running late and they allowed us to move to the next available time slot. No rushing or anything and even gave us a call to make sure we were still attending.

During the game, gamemaster was great! Kept us on task and was quick to assist if we needed.

I live closer to the old Belt Line location, that's sense closed. So, although a bit of a drive now, actually enjoy the Irving location better! Especially, with the games available to entertain yourself while waiting on a previous group!

Had a great time and my party and I are already planning our next game! Look forward...
