Use the mobile app to order breakfast at 10:25 on Saturday, March 29th on my way to this Chick Fil A. Got there at 10:27. The line was huge and going very slow. By the time I got to the QR code it was 10:32. I scanned the QR code and it gave a message, "No longer serving breakfast at this location. Your order has been canceled and you have not been charged." I was going to dispute it with the manager that I ordered on time but the line was long and going slow. The line was going so slow. We were not moving. By this time it was 10:40. All I wanted to do was leave. The line moved up a little and I was able to see the staff now. I inched nearer, now 10:43. We are stuck as there is no where to go since we can't go over. By this time, I can see the person on the first car is talking to the manager. Im the 4th car. They were talking for a few minutes going back and forth. Few more minutes passed and now I see food was being taken to that car but the car wasnt moving. Im guessing they needed something else. The manager goes over there again and is coming back...Why can't the manager tell the car to go further down so all the other cars behind can leave?! By this time, it was 10:52! More than 20 minutes on the mobile thru lane. The manager is coming and I told her why she can't make that car move further down. That my order has been canceled and I've been stuck for more than 20 minutes. That all I wanted to do was leave. She didn't say anything to me but told an employee to tell the 1st car to move further down. Finally, the 2nd and 3rd car left (with no food) and I was able to do so as well...with no food. All those people's orders were canceled as well and we all had to wait just because no one told that car to move...

Doesn't take suggestions well either and revels in being facecous. Whom ever is over this mngr or owner operator should in my opinion do the public and restaurant a favor and dismiss him. I wouldn't eat here based on him....Also, funny how it says new signs coming next week and when I made the suggestion of some about the mobile orders in drive through then that's when he got sarcastic and rude....this doesn't reflect your brand well and I've been eating chic fila for years and at this location before they moved.....I would let him go before his nastiness in his attitude spreads…crazy how yall keep throwing out the 3rd party language likes that’s an excuse to care less about people delivering your main value to your customers…so you only care about convenience for everyone else??? work on your drive through instead of creating more unnecessary excuses …crazy thing is your customers order would have arrived faster and no one was I mean no one was in the drive through you all took pleasure in having me inconvenience myself and your customer to come in and get it and it was abusing the little power you thought you have 😂😂😂 btw I’m still on the platform you tried kicking me off of 😂😂😂 go ahead and reply with another lame excuse I’ll update my reply...

I worked at a chick fil a for 2 and a half years, and I have gone here an extreme amount of times I even have TWO chick fil a membership cards here. So I had originally given this chick fil a a 3 month break because one morning (one car in front of me in the entire line) took over TEN MINUTES to get one basic breakfast meal. Now I decided I would give them another chance so, I placed an online order for one meal during lunch rush...I waited over TEN minutes again! The second day I placed an online order and walked in and out with my order thinking I had an amazing experience however the meat was entirely shredded on my market salad instead of a sliced grilled filet like it's suppose to be. Third day (and this is it cuz I just can't handle this place anymore) said forget the online orders I'll go through drive through. Went through everything was extremely quick and great until I got my order at the window, I held up the watermelon mint tea I had ordered and noticed it looked way different than normal, I asked the THREE PEOPLE at the window right in front of me if this is the watermelon mint tea, every single one said yes!!! Are u kidding me??? It was lemonade with watermelon mint, it's horrible and I hate it just like this place, it has no hope and no more of my patience or...
