Do not expect any north Indian food quality here...Ok for south Indian dishes...AND not for family function orders....If you have plan for any family function and planning to book this place with their food service - DO NOT BOOK this place. They don't have enough staff and the service is horrible. The guests would not like to wait for long time. Management is very bad. One person says something with different agreement and next time you go for any questions or any further details other person says totally different. Until the party is over they don't know what was the agreement.

eg. - We confirmed for our party as "Menu 2" and they don't even know what is included in 'Menu 2". We have to argue on what they have on their website. Even confirming before 1 week of the event they continue to struggle with the details with reference to the event. Initially we were told that they will provide a computer so that we can use it for music or any other purpose such as pictures or any other use if we have our projector but later at the time of event it wasn't there and we were told that they don't provide that whereas we already saw in a banquet hall set up for upcoming event or from past event where we went to book the hall. We were told that for the party there will be separate entrance but at the time of event they said that they won't open the separate door and we only have to go through the restaurant door. --- we had so much trouble as we had a few guests with their small babies meaning with car seats, strollers... Menu shows that there will be two soft drinks but they only gave one. Guests were waiting for appetizer to be filled up again and they (Restaurant) sort of refused to fill up next time with their own reasons. They don't check the food whether it required a refill or not as every time we have to go and tell them and it takes so much time and guests get tired of waiting and leave. We had few guests left without food due to this type of bad service. One more thing was that they never clarify on how they count the guests for per plate charge. I didn't even invite more then 45 people and they charged me for 50 people.

I would say try to increase your budget and go to better place then this one. at least you will enjoy the event with few bucks extra cost.

There are some good things as their veg. Pakoras were good and enough and convenient parking for guests (Which is common in Texas) and other food also tastes average means it is OK to go for one time meal with your family.

I am giving 2 stars only for Pakoras but deep down I feel they don't even...

This is a quintessential Indian buffet to me. So many flavorful choices to choose from. Better selection than Underground Indian Cuisine which I had just a few days prior to eating here. Given the low number of reviews of this place on another site, I was shocked to see how busy it was. The place was poppin at 11:45. I'm not sure if that's just because it's a Thursday or if it's always that busy. There was still plenty of seating available but much busier than I expected.

In terms of the food, my favorite was the butter chicken and the lemon rice. I felt the tikka masala could have been better but it may have been an issue that I ate it right after eating the glorious butter chicken. The Chicken Biryani was good as was the fish curry and the veggie masala. I really didn't have anything that I disliked. They of course bring out complimentary Naan. It was fine (probably not the greatest, but not bad either). Today they also brough out a small cup of complimentary mango yogurt drink. Yummmm. They have a few desserts but my favorite is the rice pudding.

I hadn't been to this location in a few years and I expected it to be pretty dilapidated on the inside. It's in a strip center so the outside is very boring. However, the inside wasn't bad IMO. I think they changed something in the past 6 years because it didn't look as dated as it once did. The only thing I really dislike are the ceilings which should be replaced, but aside from that I think it's fine. Indian music playing in the background definitely helps with the atmosphere. A previous review complained about the cleanliness. I specifically examined the air vents on the ceiling due to this review and can report that they were all completely clean and free of dust. In fact, I didn't really see any cleanliness issues at all. I'm always wary at Indian food restaurants of dirty dishes and silverware and think it's best to always examine my dishes first, but I didn't have any issues here today.

Anyways, had a great lunch and look forward to coming back in the years to come. On a side note, I appreciate that they brought my water out with ice...

I recently dined at Pasand Indian Cuisine, and it was an unforgettable experience! This Indian buffet goes above and beyond with both its quality and service, making it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors.

The food selection was outstanding, offering a variety of dishes that showcased the rich diversity of Indian cuisine. From flavorful curries to perfectly seasoned biryanis and delicious tandoori items, each dish was made with great care and authenticity. The butter chicken was creamy and tender, the lamb curry had just the right amount of spice, and the vegetarian options were equally satisfying, especially the palak paneer and dal makhani. Every bite was a treat, and it was clear that quality ingredients and traditional techniques were at the heart of each dish.

The service was also exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure that every guest was happy. They made us feel right at home and even took the time to explain some of the dishes, which added a personal touch to the meal.

One of the highlights was the complimentary chai and mango lassi. The chai was warm, aromatic, and spiced to perfection, making for a relaxing end to the meal. The mango lassi was refreshing and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness—perfect for cleansing the palate.

Pasand Indian Cuisine truly stands out as a top-tier Indian buffet. With delicious food, warm hospitality, and those thoughtful extras like complimentary chai and mango lassi, it’s a place I’ll be recommending to...

Finally, I found a good Indian Restaurant in Irving! I ordered takeout for lunch. The food was ready in less than 15-minutes, and it was amazing. The Chicken Makhani was perfectly spiced and the curry was the proper consistency. They included both rice and naan! I also ordered Vegetable Samosa, and the include 5 pieces! Most restaurants only include 2 or 3. Such good value. The samosa were crispy, not too oily, and the flavor was good. They even included chutney. When I picked up my food, the restaurant was clean, bright, and the temperature was comfortable inside. I'll definitely be returning to dine in soon!

We have just returned from the restaurant. The buffet is excellent, with a standout being the goat meat. While I usually lean towards the non-vegetarian options, the vegetarian dishes here are also incredibly delicious. The staff members are exceptionally courteous, making it one of the top Indian restaurants in the DFW area. The restaurant is impressively clean with a pleasant atmosphere, offering a blend of North and South Indian cooking styles. I believe they should retain their skilled chef for a longer duration. I highly recommend dining here.

It was one of the worst food experiences I had today, 7/26/24. Ordered a chicken fried rice & chicken 65 for dinner . food was so bad 👎 chicken fried rice was just rice ,egg & chicken in it no flavor 😑 no spice no salt, I ever had like this chicken fried rice also the chicken 65 was so bad too much color plus never seen a chicken 65 like this and taste usually 65 is fried & dry but this was like wet masala 65 . It used to be good foods before but this was the worst experience 😢.
