Threw a birthday party here. First of all it’s located in a very run down mall and the escalators were down so we had to go up the stairs with all the party stuff. The staff did send two of their staff to help out which was nice. However, when we came in, the manager and people at the entrance didn’t give clear instructions that everyone should wear the sky zone socks so the guests after they started jumping had to be brought down to switch their socks. This is something that should have been mentioned before the kids started jumping.
The other thing is that the manager kept telling me in front of the guests that I need to pay for the rest of the party when I was busy with greeting the guests. When I paid for the party, they only took half the price for reservation and never asked for the second half. They should have emailed for it a day before or they should have asked for it when I first walked in and NOT in front of the guests. This was very inappropriate. I was not going to escape without paying. They should have clarified in a more professional way.
The host of the party didn’t come until more than half an hour into the party (party is just 2 hours) so as the mom I was responsible for handing over the wrist bands and ensuring the kids had socks instead of enjoying my time with my son on his birthday.
The host only showed up for the party and was nice but she should have helped manage getting the kids into the trampoline play area rather than me doing that. I was stressed out throughout the entire party because I felt like I was doing everything on my own. Then they kept coming to our room before the party was over asking for the payment as if we were going to run away without paying the second half which again they didn’t clearly ask for. We had given them the credit card to make the reservation and they could have taken the second half but they wanted to make a scene out of it.
The kids still had a good time and the pizza was really good and the party room was big enough.
However, the staff were extremely unprofessional and disorganised. I will never throw...
Read moreI will not be returning. We took our 4 yr old for toddler time and where do i begin. To start off the place is very clean as many others have stated in their own reviews. To sign off on what others said in their own reviews as well THERE ARE TOO MANY RULES. It felt as if me and my son couldnt really enjoy ourselves because the employees were circling us. We were simply playing and it seemed that the employee came every few seconds to tell me of a rule. My son wantes me to join him in the foam pit so i did and the employee comes over to tell me its only for the toddlers that she didnt want me to get stuck(im grown hello?) Their trampoline park is broke off into many sections and they only designate a very teeny small section for the toddlers in the back. In that section is a dodgeball park. i was specifically told it was only for the toddlers. There was a bday party for older kids going on at the time and for some odd reason while me and my son were playing in the area we were kicked out for the bday kids party so they could play dodgeball. I did argue that we were told the area was designated for toddlers all she could say was im sorry. She closed it out to us for 10 minutes. On there website it says $8 for toddler time and parents can join in on the fun too for a total of $8 i got the impression that it was just $8 for toddler and parent but no when i got to the lady in front we ended up spending $21 they force you to by their own socks which is $2 more per person plus $8 per person. We typically go to altitude in grapevine i just didnt go this time becuase they dont have toddler time on Saturdays but pricing is much less and the entire trampoline park is open to anyone including toddlers during the toddler time so youndonty have to worry about your little one running into an area (theyre not supposed to be in) the employees dont hassle you and i only spent $11 for me and my 4 yr old. They dont force you to buy their socks you can...
Read moreI've been to this location on two different occasions. The 1st occasion was perfect!! I was present my son was turning 3 @ the time. The staff was very cautious with the children jumping 1 @ a time. The facility was clean! Friendly environment no issues!!! One day school was out and daycares closed so they offered a one day camp @ an affordable price. My son was 4 years old then and I enrolled him. I work close to the location so on my lunch break I checked on him. He would be @ the location between 7:30a-5:30p. When I checked on him all was well. When I went to pick him up, I was greeted by the staff and asked who was I there to pick up. No ID was asked for nor my name just who I was there to pick up. That concerned me. While waiting for my son to be brought to me, he ran up to me and I didn't think anything of it, I thought he was told he was there to be picked up. Moments later the staff member came back to me looking confused and told me she did not know where my son was. I told her he is right here, he came over to me?? The supervision clearly wasn't there. Possibly because the staff is mainly young adults or teenagers. The next day when I brought my son to his regular daycare, the director told me she too was @ skyzone with her grandchildren and saw my son. When she was trying to leave the facility my son began to follow her outside of skyzone. No one noticed he was leaving or could of easily been taken and that is very unsettling. As a parent you never want to hear that your child was unsupervised nor unsure of their whereabouts. I was eager to sign him up for the camp but for sure will not after this one day experience which is...
