A nice park and spalsh pad. The lake near the park has geese, ducks, and turtles that are super friendly and love bread. The park is safe and relatively clean. They have a Sandy area for working out that kids use as a sand box which is fun. They have grills we used for a cook out. Just had to bring coals, tin foil (the grill tops are yucky) and a lighter. The splash pad was pretty crowded but the park had less people. The lake and waterfall are beautiful to look at. The bridges are well kept and fun to cross. Overall a nice park. Read moreI accidentally discovered this park on my way to West Irving library. It's one of the nicest parks in Irving in my opinion. It's well maintained with enough trees for the shade. It has lake or maybe I should call it pond, with amazing tiny bird island. You can see plenty of them here: from ducks to seagulls. Park has artificial waterfall, which I loved from first sight.
