Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Irving

Ok I just went thru drive thru with a $5 coupon for a combo. Small with curly fries. She kept charging me the full price then she rushed me thru saying ok I'll fix at window. Still at window I said I got coupon she yes ok i said add one of those $1 cheesecakes to my order. Then she said oh you can't do the curly fries with this coupon. Ok no problem cory not a must. Ok she gave me my food n my change from a $10. Dollar bil.. hmmm i pulled over checked receipt. She charged me full price for combo. So i took ticket in and told the manager she gave me the wrong change too little. The girl came back n said no its cause u wanted curly fries i said yes but i told u ok no big deal reg fries. So u didn't give me curly fries. N u charged me more. Welk manager showed her she was wrong n gave me the correct change. She was nice and apologetic I said thank u no problem n let. Now I'm looking in my bag! Curly fries and NO CHEESECAKE! I called cause I'm no where near there now. Phone just rings no one answer's. Next time going to that new...

The drive-thru menu at this location has the "Fan Fave Box" highlighted on the menu (i.e. large picture with price). Yet, when I requested it, I was told they don't sell that. I asked if they ran out b/c it's on the menu marque. She advised me to ask the manager. When I got to the window, I asked if she was the one who took the order. She stated she was not; he was in the back. I stated it was not a male voice that advised me to ask a manager. She got exasperated and said it was here and she said what she said because they don't sell the Fan Fave Box. When I asked for the manager, she said he wasn't there. So, of course, I asked then, "Who is the person you told me was im tha back?" She said, "I don't know. You want any sauces?"

They've been rude at this location before, but this was the worst interaction I have had with them. It's crazy to advertise something...

Well I came in here on my lunch break and ordered the new bacon egg and chicken sandwich, I like trying out new menu items. Well I was very disappointed that the sandwich wasn't made as advertised. Not that it didn't look like the picture, I can understand that, but the ad stated that a couple of the ingredients were bacon mayo and cheddar cheese. I got regular mayo and a slice of American cheese, completely lackluster to what I thought was going to be on there. Another thing is that it was room temperature, not even warm when I received it. This combined with the cold homestyle potatoes I got as a side and the unprofessional behavior of the employees behind the counter have unfortunately convinced me not to eat at that location again. I understand now why I was the only customer inside the store...
