THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My wife and I are frequent shoppers at this location and we always get a Giant Turkey sub which is the most expensive sandwich on the menu, 30 dollar. On 10/1/2025 between 2010-2020 hours we came encounter with an associate by the name of Daysha J. Eye contact was not made and we were not greeted when we arrived, but she greeted the gentleman of Asian descent when he arrived after us, my wife and I felt like that wasn’t a good sign but we remained optimistic. We observed her making an order for a customer who was there before us and her frustration with everything around her was made known by her as she put that negative energy into his food. She was so frustrated that she dumped so much oil on this man sandwich, I know when he opened when he got home it was complete mush. My wife began to order our sub and we were greeted with instant attitude just for requesting bread that wasn’t paper thin. We are frequent shoppers of the same sub so we know how we like it but she was to frustrated and angry to care. She even lashed out on her male counterpart for trying to help with the previous sandwich. When my wife picked a sub roll that didn’t look as dry and old, we requested extra cheese and meat, it seemed like every request made her more angry. She was cutting the meat so fast and the slices were so thin and not even complete slices. We were so shocked because we were just here a week before and another young lady did an amazing job. The lettuce was old, wilted and brown and when we requested fresh ones, she told us that was all that was left and they were about to close, they close at 2200 and it wasn’t even 2030 hours yet. So we settled and she proceeded and showed more anger as the seconds passed just for telling her the veggies we wanted on our sandwich. She was rough with the sandwich and tossing the toppings. When it came time to wrap the sub she dropped all of the toppings and meat numerous times trying to transfer the sub because she was so angry, she didn’t realize she could have put the wrapping paper close to the sub but anger was winning over logic. She than cut it into four but it was very sloppy and careless and she continued to mishandle the sub and spill the toppings and meat, at that point we just left because we refused to consume anything that was unprofessionally handled that much and the amount of negative energy coming off of her was overwhelming. When we got to the car my wife agreed I should go back and get her information because we felt obliged to do something to prevent any other customers from an experience like this. I went back and got her name and we left. I’m so disappointed and my wife is a rewards member and we decided not to eat because that experience ruined our appetite s. UPDATE😡😡😡😡😡😡😡10/9/2025-My wife decided to go back to see if any corrections had been made since our last visit. This location is where we frequently visit due to convenience and prior device rendered. My wife purchased a Giant Turkey Sub as usual but was harassed by the STORE MANAGER Mr SAULDEN. He felt like it was ok to approach her about the review that we posted on Google maps because he didn’t like it and said it made the store look bad. He is aware of her because we frequently go to this location as I previously mentioned. He thought it was ok to speak to with an aggressive tone and over talk her during the interaction. He said he saw footage of the interaction and instead of correcting his employee, he chose to harass my wife about reviews on Google. My wife was making her purchase and leaving the store but he thought it was ok to harass her about a review that was written on Google Maps. Read moreOn October 22, 2025 at approximately 8pm, I witnessed a customer being discriminated against and wrongfully treated. How dare you call the police on an innocent African American male who was simply ordering a sandwich. I saw how his sandwich was being made and they purposefully was shorting the customer on the meat portions. He was ordering a giant turkey and provolone sub. When he asked for extra meat the worker added only 3 thin slices. Extra meat is 5 extra slices for a giant sub. The customer then asked for double meat which is 5 more slices. The worker was visibly frustrated from him asking, and went to the back of the store stating he would have to confirm with his manager how many extra slices for a giant sub. The customer was waiting for at least 10 minutes before he was helped by another lady in the store. She continued making his sandwich and added the proper amount to his sandwich and completed his order. When he was about to pay for his order, a police officer walked in and approached him saying he was told the worker told him to leave and he refused. Not one time was this customer asked to leave. In front of everyone this man was embarrassed and was told by the police officer their management does not want him coming back to the store and if he did he would be arrested for trespassing. This was very unsettling to witness as I saw he did nothing wrong. He was racially profiled and they purposefully shorted his meat portion so they could call the police. The customer was completely unaware the police were being called or going to be called on him because he didn’t do anything wrong! It’s ridiculous and this behavior should never be tolerated. Mind you, the customer never yelled, cursed or caused a scene whatsoever. Management here needs to be reevaluated...
