Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Irving

Holly , manager during the week, and Corbin weekends, never fail to create the best pizza around, especially in Irving, Texas. We have been very happy customers for about six months. In fact, we order weekly. The store on Macarthur is always clean. Once, a few weeks ago, our order somehow was given to the wrong customer and Corbin remade our order for FREE! I do not know from where Marco's acquires their cheese and old world pepperoni, but it's the best, and I say that while being a NY pizza fanatic. Since we first ordered from Marco's months ago, we have not, nor will we ever buy from dominos again or Papa John's. All of the people that Holly and Corbin have put on their team always take care of their customers quickly and with a smile on their face. We need more Marco's stores in Dallas and Fort Worth since their product is superior to any other competitors. For any young people looking to join an outstanding team in the restaurant industry, I highly recommend Holly and Corbin at Marco's Pizza on MacArthur in Irving, Texas. As for this pizza fanatic, well, you'll just have to wait for the next outstanding...

A place like this with pizza like theirs does well overall. But they might wanna look into changing some things. Our family found out about this place when a 2 medium 1-topping pizzas for $6.99 coupon from here was placed on our door. We decided to try it out. We showed up here and requested two medium pizzas. We asked for onions and pineapple on the second. The toppings were a tad bit expensive, but not my biggest complaint. It was around a 20 minute wait for the pizzas, and when they were finished, we were underwhelmed with the result. The size was smaller than we expected, but I can't blame them as they have the sizes posted up on the walls. It took a while to find the onions and pineapples since the pizzas were drowned in cheese. Service was awesome and the workers were really nice, so that's a good thing. Overall, the experience was pretty good. This review is for the young man named Aldean working at Marcos on riverside drive! My wife and I love pizza! Cheap pizza too! Marcos is really affordable and tastes better than dominos or papa John’s or any of the other chains. This is one of the few times we have had a mishap on our pizza, where it didn’t come out right. I brought the pizza back up and Aldean was happy to fix it for my wife and I. He said “ well I’m sorry this came out this way, could I redo it for you man?” I replied and said “that would be great!” All of this with a smile on his face and a demeanor that said I was happy to do so.Aldean’s customer service skills and friendliness are top tier.
