Marino's Pizza — Restaurant in Irving

If I could rate 0 i would. Please do not go to this establishment. First the health inspector needs to visit this restaurant. Low quality food that's why I get the pizza. Now I ordered from them and my boyfriend paid for it with a CC over the phone. The pizza arrives and they want to see the CC and I informed them that he went to work. It's my boyfriend. So the driver tells me he needs the pizza back. I told him no and he called the owner. The owner came to my place banging on the door and windows like the police. When I opened the door he asked for the pizza. I told him no because you have already charged the card. The owner than called the police. In the meantime my boyfriend called the place to verify everything. Mind you the police didn't come 45 min later. He accused me of stealing a CC. Once that was verified I didn't get an apology or anything. They wanted to take my money and charge the card. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THE FOOD IS MEDIOCRE. THE PLEASE NREDD A GOOD CLEANING, ESPECIALLY WHERE THE FOOD IS PREPARED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT THERE. I WILL NEVER OTDER HERE AGAIN. IF I COULD SUE...

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. I ordered a pizza at 4 30 pm to be delivered at 6 pm paid and waited. 6 pm came and went I called and the lady said the drivers 1 min away and for me to go downstairs. I went waited 15 min and called again this time more upset since I have children with me. The manager got on the phone Jose and I told him that he was referred by the hotel and if can’t make this right I will tell the hotel what kind of service they are recommending. He said tell the hotel we don’t want all their referrals. It’s better for them. I was dumbfounded and astonished by the manager complete lack of empathy and how it was my fault he had new drivers that got lost. I will never ever order for them. I went on to cancel the order and order from a different pizza place. The pizza showed up after I had cancelled with the pizza and driver while a nice guy gave it to me... I had the luxury of trying 2 pizzas at the same time and the pizza from Marinos was gross and greasy compared to Giovannis. I urge you to stay away from this place and the manager who holds little regard for...

I ordered lasagna and mozzarella cheese sticks and a drink. The lasagna came with a side salad and garlic bread. The lasagna itself was greasy. The grease was saturating the top to the pan. When I peeled back the top, the top noodle was sticking to it because of being overcooked not because of cheese. There was almost no actual cheese in the dish. It had maybe a small bit for decoration. It had so much cottage cheese and ricotta mix that you couldn't find near that it was supposed to have. The taste was awful. The side salad contained to chunks of tomato and had wilted brown iceberg lettuce. I trashed it. The mozzarella cheese sticks were the only good thing and you could tell they came straight from the freezer and into the grease. The bread that came with it was so greasy that it too had to be trashed. I will never again order from this cheap, greasy and disgusting place. I recommend that you go to Vito's. At least their food is edible... For what I was charged and the hour plus that it took to be delivered I could have easily at least had food got for human...
