So I’m pretty pissed off. I went to order my my stupid biscuit sandwich and I placed the order in the app at 10:24 AM. The app even told me to hurry up. I had five minutes before breakfast was over place the order then I proceeded to stand sit in my car for 10 minutes in the drive-through. I’ll pull up pull up to the window. I give them my order number and then they tell me all breakfast is over and I’m like well. I’ve been in line for 10 minutes. That’s not my fault. The app took the order then the ladies in the back trying to say oh you can’t. We can’t take order is half hour before breakfast. I’m like that’s a bunch of crap and a lot number one number two so then I asked like OK well I can’t cancel it now because it’s already giving me the code. I’ve had too much going on in my life to just trust somebody that the money is gonna go back onto my account just like that because the way I saw it driving out of there meant I left with my breakfast according to my app so I wanted a receipt or some sort of something written down saying that this needed to be refunded in case it didn’t show back up on my card, but no I argued with them the manager no less which was completely rude and unprofessional and I will never come back to this McDonald’s again and I drive Uber and I’m all over the metroplex, but this is a McDonald’s I won’t come back to you. This is not the way you treat your customers and the glitch in it. I’m all need to do is write down something that verified that breakfast. It ended before I could get to the window that I did not leave with it so I could make sure that if it didn’t show back up on my card, I could call their customer support with some sort of manager name and how much the amount you know like that I didn’t leave with my breakfast and it needed to be refunded in case it didn’t show back up like he said Sorry I don’t trust anything like that unless it’s physically on freaking paper but the way he was the way they were to me about it is BS.
And on a sidenote to the manager or the people that are working there if breakfast is till 1030 that means you have to serve breakfast all the way to 1030 and if orders in the app allow you to order breakfast all the way up to 1030 then you have to serve it till 1030 not I understand you’re trying to hurry to get lunch ready so you’ve already put up breakfast. No that’s like people at Walmart trying to close down early and not letting people in 10 minutes before they close, it doesn’t work like that Like it’s bad customer service especially when a manager does you like that all you have to do is write something down on a note which then I had some sort of something a manager name and what not that I didn’t leave with my breakfast so I could make sure I got my money back in case it glitched out and didn’t put it back, which has happened on other apps. I’m so freaking ticked off right now. It’s not even funny if I didn’t get my coffee at a different McDonald’s every day all day I would never order McDonald’s again after today. Definitely not the way to handle a glitch...
Read moreWent all the way to this McDonalds because employers have taken our once very friendly store to a very rude, sarcastic and unfriendly store. We were faced with a young lady who had a badge of management on, cant recall exactly what it said, but when we refused to pull forward bcuz our order is never right and when we do, we have to park and go inside now to fix it so my boyfriend asked not to do this but instead would rather wait at the window where we were, she got mad and crossed her arms and had a stare down with him. Sooooo unprofessional. He said hes not moving and she said neither am I. She smiled a crooked smile and stood her ground. The food didnt even take a minute. We checked it. It was wrong. She argued, and refused to take it from us, stating thats how we ordered it. Neither of us eat the burger nor even order them ever. We had ordered nuggets but she stood there, arms crossed as she smiled till we drove away. They talked in spanish to each other, laughing at us while we sat at the window. Is this what our country has come to if you are white? My boyfriend is hispanic and white so hes light skinned and im clearly not racist but you hire people barely able to speak yes or no bcuz they are not english speaking? You do this to be fair or follow all this race drama by being politically correct and ensure you hire others who speak Spanish to cater to the customers that speak zero English? Youre allowing those of us native to this country, to the English language and who shouldnt be dismissed because we are white, to get treated like we arent welcome here. If i ever treated another race the way we were treated this day, id not only be fired but id be sued for discrmination AND THEYD WIN!!!! This is a sad part of my year so far as it just shows how broken America is. How gullible and how ignorant. I didnt file a complaint bcuz it happens so often, that ive learned to accept that there is nobody out there anymore to protect my rights bcuz im just white. Afterall, isnt it us that everyone points the finger at as the problem? I guess I should just learn to not be human anymore. I have no rights to protect me.
They dont even have to be respectful while representing a company as big as McDonalds.....why? Theyve learned they get away with it if they whine. Thanks everyone, for reading. Hopefully there arent any ignorant replies to this that play on a race card as there always seems to be because like I said, im with a hispanic man. My family is mixed. Its not being racist when im complaining that I was treated poorly. ...its rudeness that gets to hide behind the laws we wrote to protect the very ones who use it as a shield so they can do to us what they claim isnt fair to them.....treat us...
Read moreI am writing this review to share a recent experience my mother and I had at a McDonald's location. Unfortunately, the service we received fell short of our expectations, and I feel it's important to communicate this to both the management and potential customers.
My mother and I visited this McDonald's due to its 24-hour service, as the one closer to us was not open. We had two separate orders but were in the same vehicle. Despite the long line, we opted for Mobile Orders, hoping for a smooth experience. My mother's drive-through code was DB36, and mine was FF27. She ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and redeemed a medium fry with her points, while I ordered a Large Fry and a 10-piece Nugget.
Upon receiving our order, we immediately noticed that the fries in both our bags were cold, a mix of new and old fries that were unappetizing. We returned the food through the window, requesting hot replacements. While my food was returned hot, my mother's was not. She professionally informed the employee of the missing hot Quarter Pounder, receiving only the fries in return.
The situation escalated when the manager, Pablo, intervened. Instead of resolving the issue amicably, he argued with my mother, insisting that we had received the sandwich. My mother, who had not received it, tried to explain, but the manager accused her of attempting to get free food. This was not only inaccurate but also offensive, as we are honest customers who value integrity.
We understand the challenges and pressures of food service and are sympathetic to them. However, this experience was disappointing and unacceptable. No customer should be treated with suspicion and disrespect, especially over a matter as simple as a $5 burger.
I am not typically one to write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to highlight this incident. We hope that McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure better service and treatment of their customers...
