A 360 degrees turn around!
I was hesitant in returning to this location, because of the incident several months ago that I had with the crew. This time when I entered the restaurant, I noticed a nicely casually dressed Asian young man talking with the line staff, he must have been the manager or a Regional or District Manager, because he was very professional, well mannered and had a good repor with the employees. It appears that the previous employees that I had problems where no longer there. The employees that were there were, cheerful, polite and kind, it completely COUGHT me off guard! The feeling that I had was in complete opposite to my last visit, so I'm updating my review to 5 stars because the drastic change for the good! Thant you Corporate for making the necessary changes, because something was seriously wrong with that last crew that I encountered!!!

Where do I start?
Walked into this location, stood at the counter for approximately 10 mins, employees acted as if I was invisible! I asked one of the servers standing three feet in front of me, "don't you see me standing here, what's wrong with you?" Crickets!
A cook in the cooking area, blurted out, can't you see that we are closed? I told him no, why would I be asking for service, if I knew you were closed? if you are closed, why then is the front door not locked, and why didn't anybody, inform me of that fact? instead of making me look like a fool, standing in-front of the counter like a dummy for ten minutes.
It was now 10:30 am and another customer walked in, and one of the servers started to serve that customer, I asked that server, what was she doing? I was standing here first, at that time, the customer apologized to me, saying that, he didn't mean to cut in front me, I told him, he was not the problem, that they were.
Rodger the Manager then told me that I could leave , at which time the Irving Police arrived, Rodger proceeded to tell the officers partial mistruths that, I came in the store yelling and screaming at the employees, and that he didn't want to serve me, and wanted me to leave!
I asked the officers could they come outside, and proceeded to tell them my version of the incident. The office then told me that, I could contact Panda Corporate with a complaint about the incident, and that Rodger didn't want me in the store!
Rodger is either confused, or has some underlying problems with Blacks! Either way he has no business being a manager of Panda Express, he basically twisted the truth to those officers, and his manager educate is sadly lacking!
Roger completely disrespected me as a customer as well as a Human Being. He has no Business being a manager for Panda Express!
This whole thing could have been averted if someone had enough common sense to say, Sir we are not open yet, we will be opening in five minutes!

Read moreThis was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My friend and I had ran to get a bite to eat during a break of ours. We chose to visit Panda Express because we didn’t have enough time to go inside. As soon as we pulled up to the speaker we were greeted by a young lady. I then asked her if it was okay if we had placed two orders. She replied "yes." I then placed my friends order first and then mine. So when we pulled up to the window I handed her my friends card first and then the young lady gives us both orders. I then asked her did she charge both of the orders to my friends card and she said yes . I had no issues with her doing so because I had cash and could easily pay my friend back with the cash that I had. I then asked the young lady if she could give me change for a twenty dollar bill. I gave her exact instructions on how I would like my change. Which was one ten dollar bill, one five, four individual dollars, and four quarters. She then goes and gets her manager. I tried to explain to the Manager Marissa exactly what was going on and she closed the window on me while I was talking without even acknowledging anything that I was saying. The young lady then comes back with my change and she gives me thirteen dollars back and some change. I asked her where the rest of my money was. She then says she was giving me the change from my friends order. Why? She had already charged my friends card for both orders. The manager Marissa then comes back to the window I then explain to the lady that I just gave her a twenty and that the young lady is giving me back less than what I gave her. Marissa sits there for a while. I don’t know if she was trying to process what I was saying because she never did ask the young lady any questions as far to why she was giving less money back. I became frustrated so I asked for my twenty dollars back. I then asked how long has the young lady worked there and she said for two years. Now I am starting to wonder how many times has this young lady been giving incorrect change to customers. I don’t appreciate this treatment...
Read moreI am outraged by what was done to me today! I have made over the past two years about 312 personal lunch purchases here. I have special dietary needs and I can eat certain items and this Panda Express has food I can eat so i only purchase the Chicken Teriyaki and chow mien as it fits my routine. as of coming to the store 312 times i know everyone there, Amy, Sati, etc. ! My employer has catered from the place. So out of the 312 meals I purchased that individually and daily only three were unacceptable. And those three have been recent! 2 had bad teriyaki parts and the third i was handed a the wrong order Sati gave me someone else's order I just grabbed the bag and I got to my office and discoverer I had been given fried rice and a shrimp based meat combination. I have a 30 min lunch so i was not able to return. So i sent an email to the manager and called the store three times. No answer. My Bank statement has 312 purchases like this one: POS PURCHASE PANDA EXPRESS #2 IRVING TX 123456 *8438 05/09 13:51 so I dropped by that evening and that manager was not there. Today I asked the manager did she receive my email she said yes and she shocked me then in the middle of the lunch crowd she said, "I looked at the Camera and showed You got your food and I should have looked before I left the store to make sure it was correct". Again 312 visits. Insulted in public, well I am going to see if my attorney can get that camera feed so I can see how she can tell I got the right food.
