Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Irving

This is the worst Little Caesars my family and I have ever visited. We moved to Tx via Northern Va, and Little Caesars has always been excellent. From having hot and ready cheese and pepperoni, to always being customer service oriented. Since our arrival this location has never had a cheese pizza hot and ready, we thought maybe its just a TX thing and no biggie. Now that we realized this place is lacking in more then one department, this needs to be rectified. The next issue happened when my wife took my kids to buy a cheese pizza, they messed up the order and gave our order to another lady. No biggie people make mistakes, the problem lies in when that same lady walks back in and returns the pizza (cheese) for what she ordered a pepperoni pizza. Which was in the hot locker. They quickly made the adjustment, and walked the cheese pizza to the back and came back with the same pizza to give to my wife. Im not sure about anyone else reading this but i would not want a pizza that someone else had walked out with, due to the fact that we do not know what could have happened to it. Now i know i am to blame for this one but understand that this is the closest Little Caesars to where we live, so i visited one last time. This time i was sent in because my wife does not want anything to do with this place but it is on my way home from the hwy. So i ordered a pepperoni and a stuffed crust pizza (beef topping) . The pepperoni is $5 and the stuffed crust is $9. Not so, they upcharged me for the stuffed crust due to the beef. This is no where on the signs or even on their screen. They said it was an automatic charge, and they could do nothing about it. The least they should do is make you aware of the price difference before purchase, not try to get over on you. This place needs a real do over, or training for its employees. We will not be going back, three strikes and out. I will tell my friends, my family members, people that i know, even people in random conversation about how horrible this place is. This place got an additional $18 from us, and they can keep it. We will be traveling farther out but we will never stop at this...

This place is awful. I went in to order a pizza and tried to pay with my bank card she swiped it aggressively at least seven times then she became aggressive and belligerent. She started mocking me and treating me like I was a criminal. The icing on the cake is that I'd literally just left the bank there was more than enough money in that account. They told me I could no longer use a card there I went to the atm and used the same card to withdraw money from the same account and paid in cash. What an awful experience. They made it extra difficult I thought she was going to break my card then she flung it at me. I don't understand why this happened. To top it all off I have to have my account on fraud watch because they swiped my card all of those times. I don't know if they're just extremely incompetent or is this some kind of scam to force me to overpay several times over. Either way I won't...

I visited your Little Caesar's off Irving Blvd and Story, out of Irving, TX and the lady currently working (12:30 pm) is very, very rude and has zero customer service skills. This is the 2nd time I have visited this location and have been met with poor service from this lady. She will not greet you, constantly on the phone yapping in Spanish nor acknowledge you. Today, I had to ask her to please assist me. She dared to get an attitude and I just left and took my business elsewhere. Please do something about this lady! I'm not sure why she feels she can act so unprofessionally, as it seems to come naturally to her.
