If you have seen a negative review by the women named "SANDRA BULL" and "KARMEN BEAUTY" please disregard their hate and misinformed reviews. Sandra bull had come into our restaurant at 430am a few weeks ago, ordered a Togo order, and then after she received her order and left, 10min later she returned claiming our server stole her card. We did not have a manager in unit yet, so we couldn't review the security footage until later when our manager was in unit. We asked her to wait or come back later when manager was in unit. She chose to wait. Now, keep in mind we were calm and understanding of her situation because we would be upset too if our card was missing. I was the acting supervisor during this first incident, and handled the situation calmly and professionally. She waited about an hr and a half in her car for the boss to show up, then immediately left without waiting an extra 10min to see the security footage. She did not come inside, so of course our manager couldn't even talk to her or acknowledge her.
We pulled up the footage and saw that our server did infact return her card to her and saw that she walked out of the restaurant with it in her hand. What she did with it after that is still a mystery. The point is, our server did not steal her card. She then went on to leave a negative review about him stating false information. Then returned the other day with a new card while the same server was there. He informed her that they reviewed the footage and saw she had her card and he did not steal it. She then continues to abuse him verbally, and once again leaves a very nasty review about him that is not true and posted a pic of him and took video. She even gets someone else involved to leave a nasty review. I am here to tell y'all this is not true in the slightest and we handled the situation as calmly and professionally as we could.
Come on in to see for yourself the great service and food we provide here on third shift! Don't let the false accusations and defamation reviews from a couple of Karen's stop you from enjoying our good quality dine in...

Proceeded to slam waffle plate in front of me Waffle was undercooked Scoffed when I asked for fresh coffee for the two of us after we finished the first cup Only gave us one cup of coffee When I asked for one for myself (again), that cup was also slammed in front of me Was cursing “sh!t” “God d” and “fu*k” over customers calling on the phone and doing whatever he was doing on the register. Mind you, it’s completely quiet in there, no music no customers, so we could hear everything. Waffle House is supposed to be a family friendly environment, and that was very unprofessional and unpleasant. At this point I was over the experience, and being in the service industry myself I normally tip half the bill or more. I didn’t tip at all, and when we left, the manager was trying to say “have a good evening,” but was cut off by the rude server saying “thanks for the tip!” as if he actually earned it or something. Such a jerk. If I hadn’t wanted to leave so badly, I probably would have said more. Fortunately enough for me I have enough decency not to be disrespectful, the same couldn’t be said...
Read moreLet's start with the service... Very lacking, unfriendly, we weren't greeted by any of the staff. Our waitress was brusque, to say the least. We waited way too long for our drink order to be taken, we were seated about 10 minutes before our waitress even came by our table. Yeah, they were a little busy, but there were tables open, so they weren't slammed. After we got there, (they did get VERY busy). When she brought my husband's order she passed his food under my nose, HE WAS SEATED ACROSS FROM ME!! When my order came, yes I had to wait for my order, she slid it across the table to me, and walked away! I had asked for lemon in my tea, they came after my food. My hash browns were burnt and tasted terrible, which made the rest of my bowl taste terrible. Then we had to wait on our ticket, why? because our waitress never checked on us and was busy cooking. Speaking of cooking.....I watched as one of the cooks, with an ungloved hand, dug a can of spray oil out from under the refrigerator cases, SET IT ON THE COOK AREA, THEN PROCEEDED TO MAKE WAFFLES!! HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS OR PUT ON A GLOVE!!! He didn't wipe the can either.... He just continued with "business as usual!". He reached into the fridge, pulled out the waffle batter, sprayed the waffle iron with the dirty can, and dipped the batter on to the iron. Then he took off his, ONE, glove that he was wearing.
