I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sameer.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Sameer, whose professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for what turned out to be a delightful evening. However, despite the welcoming ambiance, I found that the dish I initially ordered did not meet my expectations.

Without hesitation, Sameer promptly took note of my concerns and graciously offered to replace the dish with something more to my liking. His swift response and genuine concern for customer satisfaction truly impressed me.

Shortly after, I was presented with a beautifully crafted dish that not only surpassed my expectations but also showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly harmonized to create a culinary masterpiece.

Throughout the meal, Sameer continued to ensure that every aspect of my dining experience was nothing short of perfection. His attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction truly exemplify the epitome of exemplary service.

Possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Granted there were a bunch of cancellations at DFW and they were busy, but there was no excuse for what I experienced. I ordered a cheeseburger and a salad at 9:15pm from room service. I was told I would need to come down and pick it up in 30min. ok. no problem. I went down to pick up after 30min and waited for over an hour for my food and it was still not ready. There was one man at the podium, and no servers. All the tables in the restaurant were covered in plates and empty bottles and other crap (ie had not been bussed) and everyone was waiting. It was like there was no system or rhyme or reason. I asked about my order several times and was told it was coming up, but then I was ignored until I asked again which seemed to be how everyone was treated. They refunded me for the salad (but not the chicken add on) and gave me a chicken sandwich bc “It was ready”. We had a long day of travel and were starving so I took it. What a complete disaster. I am dumbfounded that a major national hotel chain could be such a total fail. I would give zero...

We had Alfredo, Mac & cheese, Caesar salad, tomato soup, and mango salsa.

The mango salsa was good. The Caesar was good. Little heavy on the croutons, but we were able to remove a significant amount since they weren't pre mixed into the salad like you'd typically have. Mac & cheese was okay. Seemed to have a slight smokey flavor which was a nice touch. Possibly a smoked Cheddar or gouda. Alfredo was a huge disappointment. It was mostly a thin cream soup. Tasted mostly of milk than anything else. It desperately needed a significant amount more cheese and possibly garlic. The grilled chicken addition a few of us chose was cooked pretty perfectly. Still juicy and even the edges weren't overcooked. The tomato soup was... weird. Assuming we were given the right soup, it tasted nothing like tomato. There were bits of beef in the bowl and it was a very dark color. If it was set in front of me without ordering it, I'd have assumed it was a bowl of strained chili with only a few bits of ground beef left in the bottom of the bowl.

Presentation was good all around....
