The best part to this location is the pleasant lady that took my call over the phone & the gentleman that took our money (Thanks for the smiles!). The sandwiches seem as if the meat was merely heated on the grill from a frozen, flat state & laid on the bread the same way. It was not seasoned, nor chopped. The requested cooked onions on the sandwiches were all raw. Only 2 pieces of American cheese & 2 layers of meat were placed on a large, $12 pastrami hot sub & half that amount on a half, $7 cheese steak. The bread, although soft & tasty, was mostly what you will pay for... The "buffalo" (they are really hot wings) wings (they are fried wing pieces; not sauced, normal buffalo wings) were cooked on the outside and still cold in the middle. I called to make an order to pick up and i asked why they don’t have small sizes. He said “excuse me?” I said why dont you guys have smaller pizzas and he just kept saying well we hace this francen pizza something like that. I was confused and i just said can i make an order of a large pizza to pick up and he said , how about I hand it to you? I replied “I just said i want to pick up what the heck did you not understand, and he said well now you are being smart with me and can vome and make your order and pick it up yourself.” I said why you being rude after i asked for the order and he hung up. This male person who answered the phone today Monday at 8:57pm was extremely rude and does not deserve to be employed at this place. I hope a manager can call me so i can put this complain i. Personally. This is ridiculous customers...

I've been ordering here for the past 7 years, and this will be the last. I ordered today at 2:38pm 2x large pizzas and 4 orders of garlic knots. The rude lady everyone complains about on the phone said 45 min to 1 hour. I called them after waiting an 1 hour and 20 minutes. She stated he's outside waited another 15 minutes called again to cancel my order. She states he's outside again. Then I ask for the manager who never gets on the phone after being put on hold all for her to say that the manager stated that we can't ever call there again for food. The poor service and accountability is going to ruin this business. Also the woman taking the orders, blaming the weather, that they only have one delivery guy etc etc. Don't worry we won't EVER call or go your establishment again. POOR SERVICE will overshadow everything...
