This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Came to eat breakfast at 9 AM, was seated and promptly forgotten. The person (manager maybe) who ultimately took our drink order said they were short-staffed but there were two waitresses who came and took care of the THREE FAMILIES that sat down after we were seated. Here's what breakfast looked like for us: 20 minutes to even get someone to take our drink order. 20 more minutes to get that drink order. 10 minutes to have someone take our food order 1 hour before we actually got our food No refills on our single glass of water and single cup of coffee When food was brought to us, eggs so crusty from being under the heat lamp they were inedible. Same with hash browns (crusty outside, soggy & cold inside) Topping forgotten on my daughter's pancakes
For every one of the above interactions, I or my daughter who was ON CRUTCHES had to get up from our table and go to the staff to ask for help or bother the poor girl who was busing the tables (she was big help, actually). But for our food, drinks, EVERYTHING it was like one of us had to chase people who flat ignored our presence!!! All three of those families were fed, cashed out and left before we were able to get the bill. The manager gave us 50% off our meal because (again) she realized how awful the food and the service were. And through all of this, we didn't raise our voices, demand to speak to a manager, nothing. We just wanted to eat and leave. Instead, we got shoddy service, awful food and two hours of our morning we'll never get back.

Read moreUPDATE: WAS CONTACTED NY CORPORATE, AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE..SUPER AGGRAVATING!! Family of four, simple order really. Ham& egg omelet, BLT, kids meal, and MY FAVORITE banana strawberry French toast with hash browns on the side. IDK WTH but the server brings everything, and me eggs, bacon, hash browns and I told the server politely, that's not what I ordered , and reminded him, asked for more coffee while I waited, so he then put in my order, as I wait and my family eats ..then brings me ONE PIECE OF FRENCH TOAST... Like, that's WHY I went there, still no coffee. So I ask, can I please get some more coffee and speak to your manager. He brings us the food we had ordered to go, and I don't see him.......Ten minutes later, I go and find the manager and explain the situation. Idk, he charges me over $50 still and I STILL didn't get coffee or my other piece of French toast. Not Happs! I've managed and served many years, and, you always make it right. I don't feel they did. The whole time I'm explaining to the manager what happened, the server is standing behind him, sucking his teeth and audibly puffing, grunting and rolling his eyes. Like WHAT? sorry but I would go literally ANYWHERE ELSE....AND STILL NO MANAGER HAS REACHED OUT TO EBEN OFFER AM APOLOGY, LET Alone A REFUND, FOR THE COLD FOOD I DID NOT GET TO ENJOY, THE SERVER'S ATTITUDE, EVEN THAT MANAGER, FELT LIKE 10% off or something....but I've NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED IN IHOP AS A COMPANY. IT Used TO NE MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAVORITE PLACE, BUT WITHOUT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING THEIR MISTAKES.... THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR $$ , I HIGHLY SUGGEST, YOU USE YOUR MONEY...
Read moreI wish I could give negative stars.. first off for this place to be packed with cars... it makes you think high quality service.. NEGATIVE.. I was waiting to be seated.. no one asked me.. they assumed I was an uber eats or waiting for a order. NEGATIVE.. finally sat down and they sat my granddaughter andbi in a section that was closed.. how don't you not know when a section is closed.. waited patiently until my 5 yr old GD said where is everyone?.. I get up to ask what's going on and that's when they trll.me the section is closed.. we get moved.. a young lady said I will be right with you.. BUT she was not our server.. like what is going on..Finally a woman came by with an order for another table and gave us a glass of hot water.. confused.. I said I didn't ask for hot water.. she sayd.. it's for your silverware..uumm ok.. when I unraveled the napkin holding the silverware.. they were disgusting. they looked like someone had something sticky on it and wiped it off with a napkin and kept it moving.. again.. what is going on.. we get our food.. no syrup.. no sugar for coffee.. I had to wave down a manager to explain what is going on and to ask for things.. still our server disappears to the other table RIGHT NEXT TO US. but does not check in to ask if we needed anything.. I SWEAR.. if this was the last place of earth as a restaurant/diner to eat.. I would starve.. With so much staff floating around.. standing still.. seating at the booth passing time before they leave.. YALL have to do better than this.. I...
