It's ok. I've been going to McDonalds since I was a kid so it's something I enjoy. The food is great, but the staff is kind of rude. There is a lady in a blue sweater (I'm assuming is the MOD) is not a people person. Just plain rude. There is a way to talk to people and she just doesn't know how. You can relay a message without being a rude person. Be more socially professional.
This place has a self serve fountain drink machine. When I would go there, I saw people refill their drinks. So I decided to refill my drink. I spent almost $10 and I used to go there quite often.
I went there the next day for breakfast. I ordered a drink and I had a buy one, get one deal. I sat and had my food. When I went to refill my drink, the machine was turned off. The lady in the blue sweater yelled "what are you doing?" I told her I am refilling my drink. She yelled "you need to buy another drink."
I felt humiliated. The last few weeks I've been there, the machine had always worked. The day after I got a refill, the machine is turned off.
I always enjoyed my time there. There is guy (staff) who would walk around and ask if everyone is doing ok.
I don't go there anymore, but if anyone lives near there, please check the machine. This was recent. This was Christmas weekend....
Read moreAbove and beyond. My children love this place a lot especially my son and unfortunately he misplaced his phone at this location still he wouldn't stop patronising them. I asked one of the cashiers if they saw his phone on several occasions but he said no bc they are usually busy with customers/orders,this I quite understand. Then 2 weeks later,as my son was placing his order,I approached the same cashier bc he was the one who attended to my son on the day he misplaced his phone so he was familiar with the situation on ground and repeated my inquiry. He asked me to hold on ,so he could find out from the manager if they saw any phone as there are different people on different shifts. The manager came out,asked about the description of the phone and to our greatest surprise, she went inside and handed the phone to us. I was so grateful for their kind gesture and happy that we still have good people around in a very "not so good world" 😊. Read moreOk I’m come here a lot. To call and get no answer really frustrate me even more about this matter because this complaint is important. Before deciding to write a review I called 5x and no answer. I was being calm about the situation but to now get my car shampooed is over the top. I order a Steak egg and cheese on the Mc Griddle with a large ice tea. I put the ice tea in the cup holder of my car. I gets home to take the cup out of the cup holder and the entire drink spilled in my car. Come to find out the lid they gave me DID NOT fully secure the top of the cup because it was broken as you see in the picture. This is very unacceptable when I keep calling and no one answers. To let them know about the lids and what happen. I come to this McDonald’s because it’s close to my apartment. But as of today and no one can answer my call would be the last time I’ll come here.
