Yummy Yummy — Restaurant in Irvington

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever order from, they took almost an hour for two Oders when I finally got my Oder it was the wrong Oder. then the lady suggested that I pay more for what I ordered because of price differences when she got the order wrong in the first place. you think she would accommodate me for her lack of service but apparently not to mention the shrimp and broccoli had barley sauce in it and then again suggest that I pay more for the sauce after I asked why there isn’t any in the damm plate after her inconvenience and lack of service the food was horrible and disgusting I will never Oder from here again it’s slow and dirty in there please save...

This Establishment was truly unprofessional. My husband and I ordered (Delivery) food from there and while my order was made correct, my husband ordered general tso chicken and lo mein noodles. His whole platter was extremely spicy and when we informed them about the issue, they told us that they're not obligated to inform the customer that the chicken is made spicy. They refused to come back to pick their order up to exchange their product since they had "no drivers available". They refused to resolve the issue and constantly put us on hold when we asked for a manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and will not order...

Food used to be excellent but now it’s okay. They’ve fell off and to make matters worse their customer service is poorest I have ever encountered. Their delivery drivers are aggressive and rude. When the food is outside, they will call yelling instead of being polite. They don’t want to come out of their car so you have to walk to them but then they want a tip. I’ve ordered from them 5 times in 6 years and everytime they are nasty and rude. I went to the store to put in a complaint but the staff behind the counter doesn’t care.
