Orange Park — Attraction in Irvington

I was not planning on coming here but then I saw a stray puppy almost get hit by a car. This area in Irvington by the park is well known for jokers dumping dogs. This is the 5th dog I've found in this street within the past 6 months. The police department doesn't care, their animal control "officer" does not work weekends, evenings or nights and the mayor could care less about their stray animal population. This park is always dirty as well and there's gang graffiti on the walls. They don't want anyone to cut through the park with a dog but it's okay that the overfilled garbage cans are tipped over, and that there are broken glass bottles everywhere making it difficult to walk with all of the shattered glass. Team clean Irvington is a joke...

They can do better with Orange Park in Irvington. The gazebo has disappeared. The swings are broken. And under the swings are mud. Where the gazebo use to be is now is a pubble of water. The only descent thing in this park are the pools. But only way to gain entrance to the pools is to pay Irvington a fee. What makes Irvington so great that you need to pay a fee to swim in...
