We ordered four types of tacos: spicy crab, steak, fish, and chicken. The fish was actually quite tasty on its own, and the spicy crab had a nice kick to it. However, the steak and chicken were overly salty. While the portion size (three tacos per order) was generous, the presentation was disappointing.

Each order ranged from $18–$26, which we expected given the convenient location near the beach and tourist area — but unfortunately, the quality didn’t match the price. For over $100 spent on 12 tacos, the experience just wasn’t worth it.

The tacos came completely drenched in sauce, to the point where we couldn’t eat them as-is. We ended up pulling out the meat or fish and eating it separately. The visuals didn’t match what we saw online — my daughter even mistook them for salads. The coleslaw was also overwhelmed with sauce and inedible. The spicy crab was expected to be spicy but it appeared that the steak mistakenly had the same spicy sauces because it was not noted on menu that the steak was also spicy. My friend went back to let them know and to show them the taco mess and while they didn’t offer to fix/refund they girls were nice and gave him a free water. I really wanted to like this place, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The restaurant itself has a very nice beach side atmosphere. But, for a place that markets itself as vibrant and flavorful, the food really missed the mark. The seafood is not fresh. The mahi mahi was dry, as if overcooked (we had two orders with different sauces) one order was made too salty and the other too sweet (like a bad dessert). The octopus salad had no flavor at all; it tasted as if it had been made a while back, then rinsed and served. The arroz maposteado was the biggest culprit, it was salty! We had very long waits between dishes served. By the time the last meal of our table was served, the first had already finished eating and second was just about done. Visité el restaurante el 15 de julio a eso de la 7pm con mi familia y una amiga, eramos 5 en total. El restaurante estaba relativamente vacío y aún así le pregunté a la empleada q estaba mas cerca, si estaban disponibles para atendernos, porq ya se como es en algunos lugares cuando pasan las 7pm. Nos atendió otra mesera y pedimos un sampler, un agua y cuatro jugos. Dos personas en la mesa pidieron las bebidas inmediatamente y los demás después del sampler. La música estaba alta, no nos molestaba, estamos en la playa disfrutando la música, pero se dificulta un poco escuchar todo. Llegó el sampler y luego de unos minutos todavía no llegaban los jugos, por lo q fui a la barra a pedirselos a nuestra mesera y note q habia una actitud media rara. Más tarde la fémina q nos recibió estaba cerca del área y al no ver a nuestra mesera, nuestra amiga llama a la fémina q estaba de espaldas diciendo "Hey", cuando ella se voltea le dice, me puedes traer una botella de agua por favor? La fémina se viró nos miró fijamente y se hecho a reír, como diciendo, "es en serio"? Se fue molesta y llamó a la otra mesera. Cuando la mesera vino le contamos lo q pasó y le preguntamos, cual era el problema de su compañera. Su compañera se acercó a la mesa de forma confrontativa y dijo, " que paso?" Todos le empezamos a decir q esa no era forma de tratar a unos clientes q solo le pidieron algo porq era la única en el área, a lo q ella respondió, q no le gustó la forma en q la llamaron diciéndole, "Hey!" Y q había entrado desde las 11am y nosotros no sabíamos lo q le podia estar pasando a ella. A lo q yo le contesté q todos los q estábamos allí sabíamos lo q era trabajar y entendíamos las diferentes situaciones, pero esa no es forma de tratar a la gente. Fue super ruda, desagradable y cafre. Eso afecta el trabajo de los demás! Para completar, la comida no estaba tan buena, en cualquier cafetin se come mejor! Al final la mesera me dijo q si quería darle skip a la propina, lo cual no hice, le di su propina normal porq ese no era mi problema, fue la malisima actitud de la compañera.
