We had the pleasure of trying Islamorada Pizza Co, the new pizza spot just outside of 3 Waters Resort in Islamorada, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations!

We ordered the Carnivore Pizza, and it was phenomenal—crispy crust, high-quality meats, and perfectly portioned to feed four people comfortably. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it’s clear they use only the best ingredients.

The sodas were another highlight—no high fructose corn syrup, just clean, refreshing flavors that complemented the meal perfectly.

The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, making it a great spot to kick back and enjoy good food with family and friends.

Pizza was slightly above average, could be very good. We ordered a red white and green, a pitmaster, and the Nutella desert pizza. They’re big pizzas, all of 16” I think. Flavors were pretty good. Pitmaster could use more chicken and a little less jalapeño. The two non dessert pizza’s were a little soggy in the middle, both the top and the crust. I did pickup and picked them up about 15-20 minutes after ordering and had a short 4 minute drive home.

Also, they don’t have a working phone so you have to place the order online and have no way to find out how long it will be before they’re ready. That was the most frustrating part. They were ready very quickly.

Overall, pretty good but could be great.
