Subway — Restaurant in Issaquah

Probably wont read these since they cant communicate with english speakers but Wow. Just wow. We gave up on this place a while ago after new SLOW management took over. But bc of the snow storm it was all that was open. We Were the only ones in there and the main indian ownere was scrolling through his ipad for an online order with the same Gloves he was preparing the sandwhich with. He didnt greet us or acknowledge us... ok, waited 5 mins while he placed each piece of lettuce and pickle. We finally just said "ok forget it" and walked out.. didnt even notice since he was still scrolling through the ipad. Horrible will...

We got ripped off. Took in a coupon for two footlongs for $12.99. They said the coupon was good at their store. At checkout, the coupon was rejected by the cashier because she could not get the coupon QR code to work with her computer/register. The sandwiches had very little meat on them and did not look at all like the pictures in the coupon flyer. The prices charged did not match the menu on the wall. The two sandwiches came to $25.88. The The staff had very poor English skills. So far I have tried for 4 days to get a call back from a manager after leaving 3 messages,...

Have tried this location 3 times now and the experience is always disappointing due to one reason or the other. Visit 1 - Ordered online and picked up in store. The footlong barely had any sauces in it (despite ordering 2) and was just too dry and tasteless. Visit 2 - The veggie patty was cold/partially frozen and stale. Plus, again stingy with the sauce. Visit 3 - The veggie patty was again stale. Barely added any spinach to the footlong. On requesting for more, I was told that there's just that one box that needs to last...
